Welcome and thank you for taking some time to learn more about me!

I truly care because I have suffered and struggled in my life too. I've lived with severe depression and anxiety disorders all my life, chronic pain, grew up with abusive alcoholics, survived the loss of a child, brutal divorce, and more. It is precisely because I have had so many life experiences that I am so passionate about helping. My life is not perfect and I'm certainly not cured but I'm so much better which is how I know you can too! I started life as a victim but now I have what I always dreamed of, a small home in the country with horses with a husband I adore, my children, and way too many other pets. If I can, YOU CAN!! I hope that gives you some hope!

I'm not here to judge you. You are safe telling me anything you want to share. I'm also mature enough that I will not be at all offended if there are things you don't want to share! I believe that every life is here for a reason and no one deserves pain and suffering. I know that every person has the ability to choose a happier, healthier life so as long as you live there's hope for a better tomorrow. But I know it's easier said than done and sometimes we all need someone to light a candle in the darkness to help us see the path.
