Hi, I'm Nor, I'm in my twenties, and I use they/them pronouns. I'm empathetic and ready to listen to anyone, but I can especially relate to and help queer and questioning people. I have lived experience with anxiety, social anxiety, self esteem issues, dysphoria, and internalized bi/transphobia.  I have not medically transitioned, but I am fairly knowledgeable about possible steps.  

I have experience with Internal Family Systems therapy, a powerful therapeutic framework which which considers people to be inherently multiple.  I do not have IFS training and I am not a therapist but I would love to assist with “parts” work if you are interested.
