I'm a 32 year old woman from Norway. I worked as a volunteer at a mental health forum (international) when I was in my early to mid 20s, hence I have a lot of experience in giving support. I've been told I'm a good listener, and I take criticism well, so if there's anything I'm doing wrong or that cause you to react, please let me know. I'm currently studying social work, half-way through getting my degree, but I will not attempt to "social work you" here as that would be unethical considering I have not yet completed my education.

Having identified as a lesbian for a decade, now exploring the possibility of me being an asexual bi-romantic, plus the previously mentioned experience with mental health support has also made me very comfortable talking about LGBTQA issues. I'm also Bipolar type II, hence have additional experience when it comes to living with a chronic mental health issue and struggling with things like depression, anxiety, etc.

Whatever you're going through, even if I cannot fully understand how you as an individual feel in the specific situation you're currently in, I can at least talk with you about it, be a listening ear and offer my thoughts on subjects should you wish them.
