...See more My job stress is a little different than some people. I work at an ambulance service in a small rural town but we get our fair share of "bad calls". Our service does have things to help us with the bad calls they have debriefing. Sometimes that just really is enough. I personally try to walk and other healthy things to get my stress or anxiety out. I really wish that worked all the time. Somethings at work still haunt me.
