...See more Who could've thought? A couple of days ago, I was right here, writing about people that have never had to experience grief. I said they play it in Thier heads over and over again about how the experience would be "it could be the person you never thought of" I said. Here I am now, I just received the news. I lost an aunt. A very good one at that. My heart is in shambles and it's really hard to process this

...See more I don't know if it's just me, but 7 cups is like a social media detox. It is a form of social media but a healthy kind. I don't mind scrolling through all day and I don't have to encounter something triggering, banters, negative comments, hatred. It is peaceful, a safe space 🌌 Does anyone else feel the same way?

...See more Most people think people that haven't had to experience grief and loss are lucky. Lucky that they have Thier family and loved ones around, but I think it's not always the case. People that haven't experienced it has most at times experience it in Thier heads, over and over again. Making it scarier The fear that someday, it's going to happen. Knowing you just have to live with the uncertainty, it could be you yourself, or the one you never even thought it could be. Uncertainty is scary, but I think it's beautiful because you get to cherish every single moment with everyone If you have experienced grief and loss, I pray you heal❤️ And if you haven't, live each day, spread love and kindness 💞
