Hello, I’m a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with: Anxiety, Bipolar, Borderline (BPD), Chronic Pain, Depression, Exercise Motivation, Family Stress, General Mental Illness, Getting Unstuck, Loneliness, Managing Emotions, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD/Trauma, Panic Attacks, Relationship Stress, Self-Esteem, Self-harm, Sleeping Well, Social Anxiety, and Spirituality.
All of the above I have struggled with personally or had someone close to me suffer. Focusing on people other than ourselves is difficult, but a necessary part of healing and that's what I'm looking to do on 7 Cups of Tea. Please forgive me if I miss PMs while offline, I have an erratic personal schedule. Don't give up on finding a listener, please! I always needed someone to listen, but no one was there. I'm trying to be that person for others even though my availability is limited.
A little about me:
I spend my free time reading books, finding artists online, watching surreal films, listening to 80s-90s industrial/house music, and petting my cat to keep the anxiety jitters away.
My life has been akin to tumbling down a hill. Living to see everything I hit on the way down as an opportunity to grow has been my lifelong goal. It's a long hard road, but it is worth it. It would be my pleasure to help you by the simple act of listening.
