Greetings collective, you can call me Kitty!
I'm here because I value public service and would LOVE to lend a listening ear to anyone looking to verbally process heavy emotions. We all have to train our minds to what's meant for us in every situation, and though that may seem impossible in many cases; it's a technique I have been practicing for a few years now, and I must say it has very rewarding results. However, often times enough, I still forget my mindfulness practices along with myself, and my negativity bias regains control over my intentionality. So, with this, I want to drop the reminder that it's simply a habit reformation thing, and practice eventually will become pattern. I want to bring my best efforts to support the 7 Cups community with any ills related to socio-emotional health, but I also want to keep in mind the limited resource virtual support offers and bring about a lighter expectation to my chat room.
