I do not take personal chats or speak 1-1 over the weekend, so please if you contact me over the weekend, you can expect a reply on Monday.


I have suffered with mental health problems for a long time. I have found my way to deal with it is to assist and help and support other people. I listen well, and i can become your ear, your listener, your Angel.


My rules.

I only ask that you speak to me, how you wish to be spoken to, with respect and please don't ask me personal inappropriate questions regarding my personal life.


Its really that simple. Respect is a two way thing.


NO problem is too small, or too silly. I will NEVER judge you, or make you feel undervalued.

The response is the same, the achievement is the same, every day your sober, that is an amazing achievement! Remember, a relapse is a bump, a hurdle that will cause you to momentarily stop, but everytime you will get up, brush yourself off and carry on! Don't see it as starting again, see it as carrying on adding to those achievements. Take it day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute, second by second! I believe in all of you. YOU are ALL worth it. 💖

Extremely helpful and empathetic talking to me about something I found difficult to talk about, would highly recommend to speak with when you also need someone to lend an ear!
No matter what I write, I want to be able to do justice to her . But it'd be wrong not to after how well she treated me. Heading into our conversation I was a bit intimidated by the ratings she had received. It was when we actually started talking that I realised how misguided my fears were . She is too humble for the ratings to effect her . Didn't even get offended when I blurted something out only to regret it later . I guess that is why she is a listener here and I'm not. I could learn a thing or two about humility from her. At times I felt I was being attended to by a veteran . Highly recommended.
