Hello, I am a trained active listener, a self-help youtube and an aspiring Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Life Coach. I studied Sociology and helping people to work through and overcome issues is a passion of mine. I have been into personal development for 7 years and have read widely on this topic over the years. Along with this I have read up on therapy, and how to influence and inspire others. I have overcome a lot of hardship in my life so far and I would love to help others do the same. I have sickle cell anaemia and have experienced all of the things that I have expertise in first hand.
