Bio
Hello there, I'm so glad you found this website.
I love to support people struggling with their emotions, grief, family or relationship issues and health & wellness. I have a couple of degrees in psychology and one in philosophy, I was also a Montessori teacher for several years - the unpredictable path of life lead me away from actively working in those fields but I use the skills I gained every day. I'm a problem solver by nature, so if you have a problem you're not sure how to handle or you feel stuck, I may be able to coach you toward a possible solution. Or I can just listen if all you want is to share with someone. Either way, I'm here for you. You don't even need to know what you want out of our talk, we can figure it out as we go.
And me? I am a woman in my late 30's and am a bit of a homebody now after doing a lot of travelling in my youth, I enjoy reading, writing, playing video games, gardening, cooking, crafting of all kinds & my pets & family. I'm a little bit new age, little bit old age, but always open minded.
I've had a life full of deep downs (which has included abuse and does include depression) and wonderful ups (such as finding love and balance with my depression and life in general), I feel like I've learned many lessons in life and would like to help by listening to YOU. If I'm online, then please feel free to start a chat. If I'm offline, then send me a message and we can set up a time to connect.
I am glad you are here and I look forward to connecting with you. Blessed be, dear heart.
