Hi there! I'm glad you are here at 7 Cups of Tea! I'm a trained listener in a variety of aspects that many people may struggle with, both older and younger. I'm a recent college graduate who enjoys traveling (Peru is my favorite place in the world!), reading, music, gaming, and just exploring nature and new places. I'm happy to listen to anyone about anything, but I have the most experience with college related stressors, self-harm, depression, breakups, relationships, and bullying.
