What Are You Grateful For?

...See more We often get caught up in the challenges of our daily lives and feel various forms of emotional pain. I find that thinking about at least 1 thing each day which I am grateful for helps me gain perspective and realize that my problems are not nearly as big as I thought. Today I am grateful that I exercised for 1 hour and burned 500 calories. There are people in the world who are unable to perform any exercise due to illness, so I hope for their well being and am glad that I am able to perform this activity. What is 1 thing that you are grateful for today and how does it relate to your perspective on the "bigger picture" as I noted in my example above?

...See more I find that many folks, including myself, sometimes get overwhelmed and stressed out when thinking about the many aspects of a project or activity that require our planning and execution. I have found that dividing the many steps into smaller, manageable steps and 'conquering' each of those will lead to a less stressful progression leading to the accomplishment of one's goal. So, take one step at a time, even if you don't see all the steps at once and good luck!

Referral Link Requirement for Certifications

...See more just some feedback for the site creators/managers: 7 cups is amazing! One thing as a Listener with zero social media influence, the referral click requirement to advance in certifications is a real morale buster. If you folks could remove that as a requirement and leave it as optional for like a 'grad with honors' label on the certificate for for those who do it, i think it would be more helpful. Otherwise, keep up the great work! -Ethan
