Hi there! Welcome to 7 cups of tea. I am taking a course in advanced placement (AP) psychology, and I am extremely sensitive and perceptive (more than the average person.) I also have a very high EQ (emotional intelligence) and my aunt is a psychiatrist! On top of that, I have gone through depression and I am currently dealing with anxiety. I know lots of helpful techniques to dealing with a wide variety of problems. Likewise, if you just need sometime to talk to I'm here for you as well. I really love listening and helping people, my friends usually come to me if they're going through a difficult time.
