Hello! I'm glad that you found me. I have been a facilitator in many select support groups that deal with mood disorders such as Bipolar Disorder , Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Anxiety and Panic Attacks. I am compassionate and empathetic to most suffering such imbalances as I have lived with Bipolar II for the last 20 years. I live in the South where my lifestyle is very calming and soothing. I have been married to a great supportive caregiver for 25 years. I am very family oriented and have two grown sons and a granddaughter. I enjoy spending time with family whenever possible, fishing, movie nights and traveling. When called upon to help anyone out, I do so by giving my full attention to an individual without any judgements. I look forward to helping you through your difficult times.
