I have a 3 years old child and struggled to find a balance in my life after pregnancy. I used to have a very successful career, but I was fired when my kid was just 5 months. It was a hard period for me, but then I became an expatriate and the challenges changed. I had to deal with anxiety, loneliness, depression, family stress, cultural differences and parenting. With time I found my way through these obstacles and I am still in progress. I have been studying positive psychology and I really want to help others to overcome their problems too.
