I am a mature listener here to support you and help you feel heard. I help best with issues of life stress, emotional struggles, and non-sectarian spirituality (meditation). I am not comfortable with discussions about sexuality unless they focus on the emotions and not the sexual details. I've had to quit having a regular schedule and just drop in here when I can.
