Hello! I am glad you found me on 7 cups. I am a trained active listener. I am here to help with anxiety and depression. I currently work closely with teens in a mental health setting. I would be open to listening to both teens and adults. I love spending time outdoors, reading, doing school work, and adventuring! I am currently a Psychology graduate student and enjoy spending my spare time helping others. If I am offline, I try to respond in a timely fashion.
