I am a student studying towards a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling). I have lived experience of trauma and mental health issues. I have a passion for listening to and supporting people who are going through hardship and my biggest dream is to be able to make a positive difference. I believe we are always learning and that listening here on 7 cups of tea will be an amazing experience that I can take with me into my future. 

I have lived experience in trauma, anxiety and depression and ptsd, so I understand what it is like to go through these things. I also have knowledge about mental health issues and an understanding of psychiatric disability. I am a compassionate and empathetic listener with no judgement. 

I am a part of the LGBTQAI+ community, being both pansexual and gender-fluid. I use she/they pronouns, and I would love to provide a safe space for others from my community to talk when they need to be heard.
