Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

If you can't find words to express your feelings, turn it into something you like to do. For example, art. Paint a picture that represents your feelings. Or sports. If you're angry or upset or worried, take those emotions out on your sport and you'll preform better.
You don't always have to use words. For example if I'm feeling angry or joyful, I can just listen to music and it fulfills my need to express. If you can't find words, actions or a medium are just as good.
Draw, create, dance, go for a nature walk, pet your cat, find something to take your mind off the topic then re-approach it with a clear head, clean something, drink a cup of tea, call a friend, make a friend, hug your family, sing along to your favorite song.

A good thing to do would be to draw a picture if you struggle to find words. A picture expressing your feelings may help you to later put it into words.
By closing your eyes, focusing your breathing, and looking deep within yourself in order to try and locate and isolate how it is that you are feeling.

If you can't find words to express how you're feeling I personally find that drawing out the emotions could help pinpoint how your feeling by your use of colors and what you draw also it is a great stress reliever
Find a song that identifies with those feelings. When you find that common emotion, usually, the words would just simply come out.
Paint those feelings on a canvas. Draw, dance, act them out. Words are only received by our ears.
A method of dealing with feelings I'm uncertain of how to express is through buying an empty lined book and writing down every thing I think and feel in such a time of confusion. This for me I find incredibly therapeutic.
You can try using analogies or examples as a way to express your feelings. If you just cannot find the words verbally you can try writing your thoughts down, or you can try expressing your feelings through various art forms like drawing.

Think of it like a picture, and describe it that way. Talk about the picture, and tell us what you see in that picture. It could be complicated, or it could be very simple.
Are you concerned if you express them you may receive negative feedback or be ridiculed? Thats understandable. Write them down. Read them to yourself and then leave them for a little while. Come back and read them out aloud. This will give you a different perspective and it may help to simplify the problem so you can put it into fewer words if you do eventually speak to someone.
Feelings are expressed through emotions the best and understood through the emotional energetic field within..words are the least expressive mode of communication as words can be interpreted differently..feeling is dealt with emotions and energies the most accurately..
From my person experience of how to deal with this situation is talk it out and address the problem. Don't bottle up your emotions, it just leaves butterflies in your stomach.
When there are no words to to express, sometime it become difficult to act. At that moment only watching and understanding your feelings can help you.

Use things other than words to express them, try to draw it on a piece of paper, or use colors to express your feelings.

Feelings are the fuel of living this live, some are positive some are negative but they both push you into a direction you choose. sometimes feelings are not perfectly expressed with words.
pictures, letters, actions can also express feelings.
Depending on the feeling, there are many ways. If you are into the arts, try drawing or painting. Holding a pencil and just scratching the paper will help with anger and/or frustration. Writing is also a great way. Writing out words that are connected to the feeling might help giving a name to it.

may be one can try to express feeling in other ways like painting or drawing. may be one can talk about the struggle with someone and other person can help in articulation and expression.
I have found that one of the best ways to deal with feelings I cannot find words to express is through artistic methods, art can be very therapeutic. The ways I have been able to deal with feelings I can express is through trying to convey the emotions through drawing them, or through creation and destruction. Relieving negative emotions through creation and destruction can be very effective. Sometimes, if time allows, I love to use makeup as a way of expressing how I feel through the colours and intensity. Each to their own, but these have really helped me in the past and i certainly still use them now

There are many ways to deal with feelingd you can't express through words. Art and music and two wonderful ways to express feelings and emotions that you can find the words for. A melody might turn out to be very therapeutic.
If you can't express your feelings in words then draw, sing, dance or even yell it out. You might not send the message across but at least you'll get the aching emptiness out of yourself.
Try and write down everything you are feeling, then summarize in words to say it to someone helpful.
Just try to focus on what do you feel and if you ever experienced these feeling before, you can maybe understand was going on .
I find that expressing emotions through other means can help. Art, music and other creative outlets like this can channel your feelings into something productive, that maybe other people can enjoy too :)
It`s one of the most difficult questions in the world for me and for some one who had the experience as same as i had.
