Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Talk to somebody, they will see the situation from the perspective and might help you find the source of your anger.

It can be difficult to put emotions into words. Try writing or typing it down. Then you can easily go back to change how you describe your feelings as new words or emotions come to light. Sometimes art is a great way to express yourself as well. Drawing, painting, playing an instrument, and simply engaging in artistic activities can be a great way to express feelings.
Sometimes when it is hard to speak, I sit down and write my thoughts on paper. It may be difficult to get them out but once I start writing I notice that I cannot stop. When it is hard to find words for something, try finding a picture or a song you think best represents what you are trying to say and build off of that!

You can try to express them through art, of any kind: painting, drawing, writing. it can really help!
I'm musical and artistic person. So maybe drawing can help you visually express it or you can find a song that helps you understand a little bit more
The English language has a strangely large lack of words to express certain emotions, which can be very frustrating. It might sound cliche, but making art has often helped me free these emotions, rather than keeping them bottled up inside me. The colors, lines, and spaces can convey a surprising amount of emotions, negative or positive.
Find another medium to express them. It can be writing a diary, painting your thoughts, or just talking to someone at 7 cups of tea. Sooner of later you will find the way to express yourself through these methods.
Just breathe in and out. Maybe talk to me and I might be able to help?

You should just leave at that. Don't try to describe it.
Thanks for going through the day. Thank you. You are awesome. Don't let the negative feelings put you down.

Keep track of those feeings, see what triggers them. Keeping a diary might help too, you could analyze them.
I have found when things are hard to talk about or I feel intimidated by the person I need to talk to writing things down sometimes helps or using an anonymous site like this just to vent and get everything out that's bothering you can really help
When you can't find words to express your feelings, many people find escapes like music, art, or dance to show their emotions.
Instead of trying to verbalize your feelings, write about them. Write until you can make sense of what is going on in your mind. I do this all of the time. So, I can personally say that this technique works wonders! Oftentimes, I have no idea what my true feelings are on a topic until I write them out. With your new found understanding, you will then be able to verbalize your feelings, if you so choose.
I personally find that taking some time out to myself to reflect on my feelings and emotions, whilst doing something I love helps me to gain some perspective on the situation. I love to surf and exercise, so taking the time out to surf or do something for me helps me to deal with it. Either that, or I go and get a hug from a friend; where I don't have to say anything but it makes me feel better.
write, art, pottery that's what I do, because I find it hard to talk to people but im working on it
I thinkk all the feelings can't be expressed on words wether positive or negtaive
. The human should only fight for the sake of believing and being loyal to his life. And then spreading itt in ease by expressing, not words.

Pen it down, pen down everything you feel.. Or talk to some unknown person here on 7cups.com you will feel good about it
draw them, or imagine a physical place where I am and the characteristics and actions, just like in a movie, represent my feelings.
I have two great ways to deal with those: music and art. Find a song that's lyrics or tone match how you feel, or paint/draw something image-wise to express how you feel. Even if you're not artistic, or not a very good artist, it's fun!
Feelings can be expressed not only with words, but with actions and with your respect and treatment to others.

Express it through art. Art can express one's feelings in a million ways. Try expressing your feelings through art and see what masterpiece you come up with in the end.

By expressing yourself in ways other than words, taking up art and drawing how you feel is somehow easier.
Speaking are not just the way to express yourself. Actions also do help you express. You can also express yourself through dancing, hugging, showing facial expressions :)

You can express yourself you just need to feel confy about the who you are and even tho you are not accepted to some people be okay with yourself.
That's very tricky. You always try distracting yourself or even finding similar words to express them. Sometimes it's very hard to really say what you're feeling but talking with someone can help you find the words. They may even be able to help you find themselves.

Express them by your activities, vent them by painting, drawing, dancing, singing, or replace them with feelings of contentment by helping others by LISTENING, or helping people fight the odds in their lives, connect to an orphan, and most importantly READ inspiring books on topics related to the situation you are in!
ALL THE BEST! Fight it and Win Over It!!
It's not always easy to find words to fully express what we are thinking and feeling. Emotions can often go beyond language. I love the idea of using art therapy to paint what our emotion looks like. It somehow takes something abstract and makes it tangible. Try paint, sculpting or drawing.

Try to find a creative outlet, like painting, drawing or writing. If you really need to talk about it, find someone who knows you well and that you trust. Ask them to go slowly and try your best to understand it yourself, even if they don't.
I find that creating something that expresses my emotions, like art or music, can help. It doesn't matter if you believe you are "good at it" or not, the important thing is free expression.
