Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

If the feeling is good, try to enjoy that, because there is then no need of words to express. If the feeling is't good, just throw it out of your system. :)
Be creative or try something new! Pick up a paintbrush and let the canvas speak for you. Remember, you are only human and we all feel.

The best feelings in life doesn't have a word to contain. However, we can express it through our actions.
When I am overwhelmed with feelings I generally find it helpful to take half an hour out of my day and write down all the words I associate with the feelings I am having and then put these words into a letter to myself or a short story. It helps me to understand better how I am feeling and deal with it.

The best way to do this is to find another way to express your feelings, like through music or literature.

Inorder to express feelings that you cant put into words you can do two things. One- You can express your feelings by drawing them. Or two- you can write them down in a story or book.
You could express yourself through art that way you can use images to express how you feel instead of using words.
Sketch/Draw, Compose a melody, create a collage or artistic piece, free write for 5 mins and see what words flow out of your mind.
Take a pen and write down whatever comes to your mind.. And then when you're done.. Read it and you'll know what's up :)
If you can't find the words, maybe try to write what is making you feel this way down and then you might be able from this see the emotion your feeling :)
write what you want on paper or whatever comes to mind ,go back and read it ,see what jumps out ,
then face or deal with it. songs can always make me calm down a bit.
start a journal to write you feelings down to express them ....................................................................................................................
Talk to somebody, they will see the situation from the perspective and might help you find the source of your anger.

It can be difficult to put emotions into words. Try writing or typing it down. Then you can easily go back to change how you describe your feelings as new words or emotions come to light. Sometimes art is a great way to express yourself as well. Drawing, painting, playing an instrument, and simply engaging in artistic activities can be a great way to express feelings.
Sometimes when it is hard to speak, I sit down and write my thoughts on paper. It may be difficult to get them out but once I start writing I notice that I cannot stop. When it is hard to find words for something, try finding a picture or a song you think best represents what you are trying to say and build off of that!

You can try to express them through art, of any kind: painting, drawing, writing. it can really help!
I'm musical and artistic person. So maybe drawing can help you visually express it or you can find a song that helps you understand a little bit more
The English language has a strangely large lack of words to express certain emotions, which can be very frustrating. It might sound cliche, but making art has often helped me free these emotions, rather than keeping them bottled up inside me. The colors, lines, and spaces can convey a surprising amount of emotions, negative or positive.
Find another medium to express them. It can be writing a diary, painting your thoughts, or just talking to someone at 7 cups of tea. Sooner of later you will find the way to express yourself through these methods.
Just breathe in and out. Maybe talk to me and I might be able to help?

You should just leave at that. Don't try to describe it.
Thanks for going through the day. Thank you. You are awesome. Don't let the negative feelings put you down.

Keep track of those feeings, see what triggers them. Keeping a diary might help too, you could analyze them.
I have found when things are hard to talk about or I feel intimidated by the person I need to talk to writing things down sometimes helps or using an anonymous site like this just to vent and get everything out that's bothering you can really help
When you can't find words to express your feelings, many people find escapes like music, art, or dance to show their emotions.
Instead of trying to verbalize your feelings, write about them. Write until you can make sense of what is going on in your mind. I do this all of the time. So, I can personally say that this technique works wonders! Oftentimes, I have no idea what my true feelings are on a topic until I write them out. With your new found understanding, you will then be able to verbalize your feelings, if you so choose.
Sit by yourself for a while and think them through. Try writing them down, or maybe drawing/painting them "out"?
I've found that putting all your emotions in your hobbies/passions really helps. Since I love music, belting out a song helps me level my emotions!
Start with what you can express, and you'll often find that the things you feel that way about find a way to follow. Just talking about yourself can open up a gateway into those kind of feelings.

We don't need to name everything, sometimes feelings are confusing and overwhelming and there's no way to name them. Just feel them, and be there for yourselve.
Try to express them through other means like art or music. Or do something (not harming yourself in any way) that would make you feel better in the moment. Maybe ask someone to sit by you, cry, or crawl under the covers. If you find yourself dwelling on feelings for long periods of time that the emotions seem overwhelming and last forever, try mindfulness meditation, and afterwards when you feel calmer, divert your attention away from your emotions by doing something to distract yourself~
