Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Depression can be a lifetime illness, however, it can be managed. Different points in your life may surface different symptoms. At some points, you may not feel like you are struggling with depression at all. Other times may be more difficult. Situational factors can enhance depression. The best thing you can do is handle each day as it comes with respect to your depression and focus on self-care when it is needed the most.
In my experience the answer to this question is an emphatic "No".
Thanks to a combination of skilled help from my psychiatrist, my clinical psychologist and (last but not least) my hard work, I think of myself as having recovered from depression.
Depression is a word - it is not a life sentence.
Everyone is different, the main thing to remember is that you CAN live with depression for the rest of your life.

No. Your feelings of depression will go away eventually. It might take time depending on the situation but you will be happy again.
I once thought that I would and this made the depression last longer. Suggesting something that may or may not happen causes it to lead more to the bad side. Use more time on getting better every time the depression rears it's ugly head. Focusing on other things that you enjoy can slowly take the pain away rather than using more destructive methods. Talk to someone; sometimes the best medicine is someone that cares and will listen to you.
Maybe, it's impossible to tell. Some people will get rid of it and others wont, but that doesn't mean you can't be happy. With depression it's more about learning tools to deal with it and keep it under control, and I believe that anyone can do it with the right help.

No! Depression is very curable. With positive thoughts, a plan witha professional and a good support system, you can get over anything.
Some people grow out of it and some people don't. I know that I will, but for you that's different. But it makes up who you are so don't hate it.

Depression is chronic (for the rest of your life) but it will get better and worse throughout your entire life, so it may feel like your depression goes away sometimes.
Depression can stay whole life if it is not treated, you can see a good therapist, therapy, medicines and some Lifestyle changes can help. All of that would recommend by a therapist. Depression is treatable you don't have to live with it rest of your life. Hope it helps

it depends, it usually goes away with help from friends/family/professionals/medication but some form of depression might always stay with you or may go away to re-occur, but it dosen't have to be a bad thing, you could use that to help others who feel alone and depression can be manageable.

Depression is a difficult emotion, and sometimes it can be a lifelong process. However, with positive coping mechanisms and potentially therapy, depression can be alleviated and manageable.
I have accepted i have depression and can only do as the best I am given in my life. There are times when I need help and when I ask I want the same from the person as if roles were reversed hat I be there and listen to their problems. I want sometimes to be complimented for the steps I am taking and to feel like I matter to someone. I don't want to be yelled at only sat down and to talk about things I may do wrong and how to fix them I need to let myself know I can only do good when I apply myself to changing the issues that I have failed in. I want to be respected for who I am good or bad and for others to see I have a heart just like them and I am special in some way to others. I don't want to run anymore and say no or i can't i need to learn to say it's just a hurdle I can overcome it or I know I can do it. I need to work on making myself better for me before others. I need to keep telling myself that I can only do good for myself when I push myself to those goals. I need to stop being my worst enemy

I am not sure but , you can try to tell friends or family. So that people can help you. But, if youre not telling anyone about it, it can be difficult and maybe dangerous as well

No. You can overcome depressive thoughts with therapy, medication, deep breaths, meditation, and more calming techniques.
Depression is and can be a long and hard journey. No, you do not have to live with depression for the rest of your life. There are ways to get better, always.
quite possibly, but it can become more managable with meds, counselling/therapy, and other forms of relaxation sort of things.

It really depends on your situation, but if you have chronic depression, then yes most likely. But, that doesn't meed you will feel depressed for the rest of your life. If you start therapy, get a good friend support system, and maybe even start prescribed anti-depressants, you may feel a lot better towards life and yourself:)
Yes, it might be the case. However, with medication and counseling it can be managed and still have a good quality of life
No, depression is a temporary state and can be combatted by surrounding yourself with things you love.

It depends on how you change your life. If you battle depression and change your mentality, then there is a good chance that you won't ha e it forever.
Only if you believe so! Mind can be your biggest ally/power or your worst enemy, it is up to you to choose which one, starting with small steps everyday, no matter how depressed you feel. If your depression is so serious that you think you may live with it for the rest of your life then seek for medical advice if you haven't, especially CBT therapy, since a pill won't cure your depression, but CBT might.
You can overcome depression with things such as therapy, medication, self-help, etc! It will get better, no matter what it may look like.

No, you do not have to live with depression for the rest of your life. It would be great importance, to go and speak to your doctor about what has been going on- He can support you, put you into contact with professional counsellors etc, he may put you onto medication that can help :) Always here if you need to speak :) And we have depression chatrooms here at 7cupsoftea, with people in the same situation as you. You are never alone.
