Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I like to support people struggling with depression, anxiety, abuse, bullying, hallucinations, and anger. I enjoy reading, writing, art, music, and the outdoors. My specialty is in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which can help people struggling with personality disorders, anger issues, substance abuse, and PTSD. CaitlinRose is an awesome person :). They listened really well and asked questions to better understand the situation I was in. Based from what I told them, they gave me relevant advice and resources to help me. I felt safe and comfortable with them, especially after they told me they understood what gender identity was. I'm glad i got to talk with them today!
She was lovely to speak with. She offered empathy and understanding first and offered brief but helpful advice second.
