Because things happen for a reason. You were put on this earth for a reason. Life sucks, but if everyone gave up, there would be barely anyone left on this Earth.
I know that my biggest reason for living is my family and friends, by far. I want to continue living so that I can make a positive impact on the world and inspire my Godson to follow his dreams.

Life is full of new opportunities every single day. You may feel completely in a deep dark hole right now, but things get better and life gets better, you just have to fight for it

Someone out there cares. It might not seem like it now, but your existence means the world to at least one person in the world. Don't stop trying to live, because all things will pass, all things change.
Because life is full of magic and incredible things! The forest, the ocean, dogs! There is so much to see and do, your life is worth something, and you deserve to live it.
There are so many wonderful things to discover in life. It may seem tough, but there are happy times up ahead, filled with friends and lovely new experiences. Life may often seem dull and cruel, but you can't recognise the happy times without the bad ones too.
We dont know what the world has to offer just yet. There's so much beauty and happiness out there and I want to be around to see it and experience it. I refuse to believe that this is all there is to life.

Because we're given life for free .. I'm sure every human in this earth has their own purpose..and sometimes its sole purpose is to help others. Either just by smiling or help them in other things.. every people has their own role in this world.. if you havent found it, find it. Dont give up! :) try to learn something, keen on it and maybe your purpose is when you do the best thing you could..

When we are experiencing pain, it's hard to think forward. Yet tomorrow could be totally different. I always want to stick around, no matter what, to see what the next day will bring, or how I might bring about change.
Living is a flexible experience. We can shape it any way. We may not decide which situations we would face, but our attitude towards it will highly impact the result/upcoming situation.
My mantra of living: Never React, always Respond
Because even despite everything there are little moments of joy, or happiness - e.g. reading a good book, the relief of a good walk or a good meal - and food now those little things will do. Until one day you feel happy and those things are just a bonus.

The real question is.. Why not?! There is nothing in this world that can stop you from from living your life the way you want to if you are determined, focused and respect yourself. Be happy, live life to the fullest. Coz we don't know what's gonna happen once we're no more alive. Atleast here we are certain of the types of difficulty and obstacles in our way. So, we can try our best to overcome them in the best possible way.

The best reason to keep on living is: because we're alive. While we are still alive we can grow and change. If live doesn't seem worth living, we can change ourselves or our perspectives, our thoughts and feelings. If a person is tired of living, it is often because there is more suffering than ease. It is possible to change, therefore it is possible to reduce suffering. Even just learning how to endure suffering better can make it seem less.
There is a practice called Radical Acceptance, in which every aspect of one's life is seen as an opportunity for growth and change. this is the best way I know to approach life's challenges with a positive attitude!
I ask myself: "What do i need to do to survive this in good spirits?" Sometimes the answer is: Do Nothing! Other times, I find that I must change something about the way i perceive the event or circumstance. Perhaps the answer is in the way i respond, a new way of responding may be required if the old one is producing suffering.
For 15 years I lived with OCD compulsive suicidal ideation; yet i never acted on that thought. Finally i found a way (through meditation and a sound therapy - binaural beats) to heal that brain chemistry disorder. And in the process, i discovered a place in myself where i am content. It was then that i was able to keep living without constantly asking that Question (Why Go On?). Now, I am able to be Present without the constant suffering, even thought i might be in pain, hard things happen, and otherwise life is not exactly what i might wish it to be.
If your life seems to be nothing but meaningless suffering, i would urge you to consider changing something about yourself or your circumstances. Many of us are not able to change our circumstances without help, but little-by-little we CAN change ourself. Best wishes!
Living is about experiencing the good, bad, the beautiful, the ugly, and everything in between. I know that sometimes life can get hard and it's difficult to get through the day, but I believe that if I want it to get better, I need to seek the help I need to be reminded that life is worth living no matter where it comes from. It could be from friends, family, professionals, or even strangers, and I know that as long as I reach out and make that brave first step to admit that there might some things I can't do on my own that there is hope for a better future.
Because one day things will be so much better, you will be really happy and you’ll be thankful you held on long enough to have some special moments. Because people care about you, even if you don’t think they do, and would be so upset if you weren’t here. If there’s anything you want to achieve, try really hard to get it because you probably can achieve it. If theres something you want to try, no matter how small, then try it because you never know you may love it. People would be devastated if you weren’t here, I don’t even know you and I care.
A hard thing for people to understand is that when looking at the big picture, you lose yourself in it and find the inferiority in your existence in comparison. One needs to focus on the their own big picture and focus on how they wish to project themselves in it. You don't need a "use" to live. You just do. You do it in the hopes that maybe tomorrow you'll make a stranger laugh or see a child walk hand in hand with their friends. You continue living because we are human and it is instinct. Youll drive yourself mad thinking of the "use" of living and youll forget to actually live. Take time to live for yourself. Enjoy the simple trivial pleasures that come with being human, with feeling.
We all have a reason and purpose, that only we can serve and we only we can fulfill! We just have to find it first, and believe that our journey towards that purpose is worth the wait. You make think today that it all seems hopeless, but as you live on you'll discover, step by step, that each days serves its own purpose and each breath is part of something bigger. Because, why else would you even be here if your life didn't have a purpose? Why be born as the amazing creature you are if you only lived for death. You are most certainly of value, and you most certainly have a purpose. Trust yourself and you'll find the answer.
Why keep living, what the use? Well based on my own experience even though there will be times where you doubt yourself and your own abilities there is always hope always faith that you can change your state of thinking! Nothing is easy! If you want something you have to fight for it! Find that little tiny bit of hope deep down inside of you and give it your best shot even if that means you have to meet the devil himself, look him in the eye and say I'm stronger than this! Rise up when other people have put you down! And re!ever you can do this! The only thing that is telling me I can't is my own head!!
There are multiple reasons in everyone's life to keep going. We all have it. Sometimes we are overwhelmed by something so much that we can't think of our reasons as a robust answer, these times are the tough times anyone goes through. We can even share out problems with someone whom we can trust. A friend, a counselor, someone in the family or maybe a listener here. It might not solve the problem for us but crossing a mountain with a pal is easier that doing it on our own. One thing for sure is that there is valid reasons in everybody's life. Its does not need to be same as others, people are different.
Interesting. I’ve contemplated this as well. My reasoning each time I kept living was because I live for the small things. I keep living for my 26 followers on my cloud page. I live for when I’m driving and I smell something so amazing I just have to pull over and eat it. I live for my dog. I live for each Friday. I live for when I travel to Asia. I live for my trumpet, and knowing that only I can make it sing and dance. Knowing that if I left, my trumpet would sit in my room and gain dust. Never to be played again. Knowing that my fantasy book will remain unfinished. Metaphors, similes, juxtapositions, all will be left behind. It could’ve been a best seller. I live knowing that my sister relies on me, even if she has had two suicide attempts herself. I live because of everything that will be left behind. The pain won’t end, only passed to another human being.

Asking yourself why you should keep living is in a way like asking yourself why you should die. The answers vary depending on what person you are. Many people live for their families and friends, many only for themselves. There are a people who set Goals for themselves and live to fulfill them. But there are also some, that don’t have a specific goal and only live to experience the world. So let me ask you, why would you want to live? Why would you want to die? What goals do you have? What do you fantasise about? Who are your closest friends? What’s your favourite Character and family member? Who would you want to meet someday? What’s your favourite colour? Your favourite food? Let’s answer all those questions and see the world from above, where you can only see the earth and the humans there are invisible from this perspective. But go back to the view of someone who lives on earth, were small things are small, yet seem to have an effect on people, be it either positive or negative. There is no use for living, there is only the use of what you want to do with life and how it can affect others in positive ways. You can decide for yourself, even if you start from nothing.
Yeah it's easy to die and get rid of all our problems that easily. Isn't it. No. Life will have ups and down but all we want is happiness. It's human tendency to seek an easy path and try to get rid of problems.
But these problems makes us strong. They give us experience. If you want to see sunshine, you have to face the night. Why so scared of pain ... face it and bring a change in your life.
Remember one thing....
Today it's your time but next sunshine will be mine. So be happy face things .... all the best.
Take a deep breathe in and out. If things didn't get a little tough and tricky we wouldn't look at life the same way. Sometimes, hurdles are there to remind you to be easy on yourself. Self care is vital when it comes to your personal wellbeing. Remind yourself, to be in love with yourself. When you start to loving yourself, you will see the world in a different perspective. You will smile a little more, you will reach out for the things that you once thought were impossible. You will learn and find yourself to be content with life. Remember, there's always light at the end of the tunnel

To show the world the world is not terrible place afterall. You've been hurt, so don't hurt people the same way someone did to you. Find the meaning of life. Life is not just about the money. It's about finding true happiness. It's not easy to find or understand, but it would be great if you find peace of mind. I want to be a cheerful individual, a nice person, a good person, help people. Make the one we love happy and of course makes myself happy or content, to learn something new, discover things, share what we have.
Keep on living because every person has a purpose to fulfill on this earth. For everyday that you're alive, you're fulfilling that purpose. Life is beautiful, and you are loved and cared by somebody. You are somebody's whole world, even when you feel that you are no one to the world. Everyone deals with obstacles every day, and have flaws. No one is perfect, regardless how they make themselves appear. Every morning you wake up alive & breathing is a new day to take on and conquer your world.
Sometimes life is hard, difficult, pointless. We all feel like this sometimes. It's normal to have such phases, also if they are very long and never seem to end. It is a part of life to get through these phases, even though it is extremely difficult. There are people around to help. Like here on 7 cups. You are not alone with your problems and issues. Get in touch, open yourself. Talking to other people about your problems can maybe help you to get new ideas or thoughts. Maybe later on, you will be glad that you are alive, even though this is not imaginable for you right now.
The short answer is because you can.
Each one of us were put here on the Earth for a reason. Our purpose in life is to find what that reason is. This can take years to do, but when we find that reason, it is our job to fulfill that purpose.
The pain and suffering you must bee feeling is excruciating, but by putting one foot in front of the other and taking one day at a time, you can get through it. There is light in total darkness.
Look to true friends, listeners here (and you are welcome to talk to me), and other people who are open to helping you find it. you are loved and we do care about you.

Because there is no meaning in life- you could become the leader of the world and it wouldn't matter. Your life on this world is meaningless but that doesn't mean it's not special. Our lives on earth our random, painful, beautiful and spontaneous. We can do what ever we want. You can do what ever you want. Follow a path that brings you positivity- don't aim to be the most powerful person, aim the be a person filled with contentment. That starts with appreciating what's around you, Tea? Physical beauty of others? Animals? Surround yourself with what you appreciate. Because everything around you adapts you. You are a constant changing being. Everything you experience teaches you something and knowledge is beautiful. Experience is value. It's not money, abs or perfection. It's getting closer to understanding the world. Something we all are working towards. Stay alive to see what you can experience.
I asked myself the same question a few years ago. What's the point of life? Why would I want to live a life of sufferings and die at the end? Why not end it now? And the truth is, life is indeed pointless. The only thing that gives life value is us, humans. Each one of us has a different value for life. Some just want a stable job and a healthy family, others want to be rich, others just want to be happy. Since you were born here in this life, you might as well enjoy it. Find what gives life value for you, what you look forward to doing in the future. You may have had an object you liked, perhaps you still do. That object has absolutely no value. It's pointless for it to exist, but YOU associated it with a story or a feeling that made that object valuable to you. Same principle applied to your life. So ask yourself, how do you want to live your life? Who do you want to help? What do you want to do? Only you know the answer:)
