It depends a lot on with who, and where you're comfortable. I find it harder talking one on one so I talk on the group chat. We do try to help people there. Another way is to talk to Listeners on here, who have gone through training sessions and can possibly help. As others before me have stated in their answers there are a multitude of other sites you could try as well as 7 Cups Of Tea. Most people on this site are open-minded. It all relies on you.
You can tell them here, we are here to listen. We cannot give you any advice though, that is for specialists - therapists who are qualified.
Thankfully, there are a lot of places online where you can talk about your personal problems with. You could definitely talk to a listener here on 7 Cups of Tea. In addition, you can use: www.crisischat.org or www.imalive.org. :)

Honestly, I love the rooms. When we're struggling to figure out how to come with our daily lives, it's nice to know that we're not alone. We're not the only people who've gone through it. Talking in the rooms helps us to build relationships with other people. It helps each of us when we can trust each other. We all grow together this way. :)
you can talk to anyone that you really trust (for example friend and family) online. or if you want to talk to a stranger, make sure they don't know your identity/ personal data. i recommend you to talk to some listeners in 7 cups of tea if you don't have anyone to talk with.

Absolutely anyone that you feel you can trust. Such as a teacher/professor, a parent, family friend, or even someone on here!
This depends on the level of help that you need. This website is a good starting point, however to the best of my knowledge there are no professional/licensed counselors or therapists offering free services. I would recommend arranging an appointment with someone in your area. Use Google, or a similar search engine.
You can talk to me. :)
So far I have found aome great members on 7 Cups of Tea. Honestly I have found better conversation in a few of the chatrooms than from an actual Listener.
I am here to talk anytime you need someone. Don't hesitate to contact me. I know it's hard going through situations. Never doubt yourself and never give up.
