I talk to listeners with high ratings, and for me I look for someone who would have empathy with the experiences I am going through. This usually means that the person is the same age or older than me.
Get connected to a listener whenever you need to! That is what we are here for after all :) we will help you with any problem you may have!
Anyone, if you feel safe talking to them. But.... What is this? Are you testing me? What's going on here?
There are so many listeners here on 7 Cups, I'm sure you can find someone for just about anything that may be bothering you! We're here for you!
There are many people you can talk to online although I would stress that it is good to develop both on and offline social support systems in order to avoid real life isolation. 7cups is a great place to start to talk to people online, and if your problem is more specific or we feel you would benefit from other sources of online support such as a online hotline we can give the links.

Online, depending on what you are on, most sites will have report option. on these you can report something that is happening. Then, if you want to talk to someone you can talk to your parents or friends, which ever feels more comfortable. but even if ot is hard, your parents should find out eventually!

Well, fortunately 7cups has a lot of listeners and every single one is unique! The good thing about this page is that there will always be someone to listen to you and if you don't like the listener you're talking to, you can always search for someone you like

Listeners are always available on 7 cups to listen to you and help you out with the problems you might be facing.
Your friends and acquaintances are a good first place to look for finding someone to listen. After that, local mental health resources online as well as 7 Cups of Tea are great places to do so!

Me, or anyone on this team . However if it's not for you then there are other chat groups, but be carful with some only chat groups . Try go to a dedicated site that promises confidentiality
Listeners at 7 cups! Also childline have a brilliant set of online councillors ready to give advice from professionally trained adults.
7 Cups of Tea has become the best discovery for me in the past two years. I have found people who are willing to listen and support without judgement, thus the decision to become a part of that team of people. However be cautious of who you open up to especially on the net
You can talk to a listener on 7 cups about your problems and they will try to get you the best help avalibile
Us! It's our job :') well.. not job.. we don't get paid, but I think that's probably one of the best things about this site. We volunteer. The listeners on this site are here because they want to help people, because they're compassionate and empathetic. I honestly don't think I could recommend a better place on the internet to just vent out your problems and have someone professional and kind to listen to you and talk through them with you. :')
You can talk to any of the listeners on 7 cups whoever you want you can go on their profile and look at the bio to see what they specialise in and if they have knowledge of your situation
If you want, Listeners are here for you, and if you feel like it, you can always count me in. I'm here for this.

Anyone. Select listeners based on category. Remain anonymous about your identity but be honest about your problems. Dont expect immediate solution but you definitely will get good pointers to solve your problems. Remember, nothing is permanent and problems are no exception. Take care
