Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

To not be depressed is the fact you are happy all the time, joining clubs and also making a lot of friends and trying new things.

Interesting question. I think everyone who deals with depression wonders the same. It’s a strange world not to be depressed if that’s what you are used to, but it takes some getting used to. You’ll get there one day, I believe in you.
When you wake up in the morning you will feel as though today is going to be the day when you have nothing to worry about. Anything will feel as though it is a success
Not being depressed is a feeling like a release. I used to feel repressed a lot as well, but once you aren't depressed, its like walking down a path of endless wonders, and of peace.
Like you can be happy for yourself, but not happy enough unless you can help those who are suffering.
While there is no specific answer for this as everyone is different. Perhaps counseling or therapy is needed to help get you through these emotional times and help to sort out your feelings. Also seeking advice from a healthcare professional could help if medication is needed. Good Luck!
It feels so free and happy after you get over depression. Work really hard to get through it; you can do it!
You're more motivated to do things, you see the good in things before the bad, you're ambitious, more determined, you find joy in most things etc.
It's like finally getting to eat ice cream after a while of having a sore throat. It's like receiving a hug from the person you love the most. It's the most uplifting experience - not being depressed. It feels amazing not to be down all the time and simply enjoying the blessings you have in life.

we all have our own ghosts even if we dont tell the world about it, the first step is accepting there is a problem, the next one is trying to change things
I get you really well. I was so depressed, I've tried to kill myself several time. Once, I almost did. And now i feel happy. I'm just stable, and that's the best feeling in the world. It's worth it ;)
I always learned talking about it can make you feel better! Being open minded to speaking about it is great! Knowing you have that struggle is the first step to comping with it and overccomming it.
I think everyone at one point in their life have experienced some form of depression, if you have continual experience of depression it is best to mention this to your GP(General Practitioner)
You are just you. You enjoy the littlest things about life. You appreciate everything and are thankful for everything. Try these things. And/ Or Try to think positive.

Not being depressed is being able to wake up in the morning and being excited and ready to get out of bed and starting your day.
Not being depressed is hard to achieve. I would say that most people live with a certain amount of depression, however small. But in my own life, when I haven't been depressed, it has been very pleasant, peaceful and calm. It feels like being content with life as it is, and it truly is a blessing when it strikes, no matter how rare.
Well I personally don't know bc I have had depression for all of my life and it has not gone away yet
its a great feeling you may have a type of depression that never goes away because its a brain imbalance medication can help speak with your therapist or dr. which ever you have
well, depression is a special state of mind. When you are not depressed, you are perceiving things from all around you and interpreting them according to your real nature. Which then puts you into different kind States of mind, it depends on how you perceive a particular thing.
It is a balanced path between all emotions. You don't feel sad all the time. You are able to feel other things. And you get to feel happy which is really cool. You start to enjoy the things that you are passionate about and love. Don't give up, there is hope for you!
I wish I could answer this, because I suffer from depression aswell,
but you start to deal with it in healthier way's, and it gets better with a positive mind

It varies for different people. It all depends on what you think is being "depressed" and what you think is being happy.
Not being depressed is liberating. It''s all about finding a way too love myself with all of life's quirks and downfalls and concentrate on my strengths and what I have to contribute to the world. If i change one life for the better, I'll have possibly changed the course of existence for all.

Not being depressed is focusing on things that you are thankful for and happy about, it's also keeping self-love like you would for others.
