I need someone to talk to about my problems.
Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Talking to someone close to you can be very difficult, especially if your not close. And it's nutural to worry about offloading onto people and how what you tell them will affect you. Sometimes it's so much more beneficial to see a counsellor, a counsellor isn't what most people expect. It's so easy to share your thoughts and feelings because they're professional and you know everything you will say will remain between the two of you.

Don't be afraid to confide in people, but be weary of who you choose. Family members, trustworthy friends, and mentors are all people who will usually be willing to talk with you. If in doubt, or afraid of retributions, I like to mentally rehearse the conversation and plan out all possible outcomes in advance.

7 Cups is a great platform to talk to listeners, but if you need someone professional you can find them using your local listings, there are many mental health websites that will provide that information, in some cases it can be expensive, in some cases it can be free depending on the situation.

All you have to do is connect to a listener. I am sure if not one, multiple connections will help solve your problem.

If you need to talk with someone, then you try to find a trained person who understand peoples problems, and know how to understand you, and give you practical advice.

I was feeling like that and I look for a listener and a therapist. Maybe you can talk about your problems to your mom or one friend you can trust.

This website can be a really great place to start, talking to somebody anonymously may help you to become clearer about your problems and move forward with solutions. Also, there are many organisations who help with more specific issues, if you talk to a listener on 7 cups they should be able to provide you with web addresses or phone numbers or relevant contacts. Good luck with the future, you have already done really well acknowledging there is a problem and looking for help to make positive changes. :)

Sometimes the hardest step can be reaching out to someone, when you have problems. One of the barriers to accessing support can be trust, it may feel you cannot trust another to understand, not judge you or be strong enough to take on what you feel you need to express. When our emotions and thoughts become too big for us, we can tend to think they will be too big for anyone. And sometimes, we just generally have nobody to talk to , we may be isolated, have lost friends or family and just feel terribly lonely. Reaching out to someone on 7 cups is brave, and you will find someone you connect with, even if you have to try a few different listeners first, so don't give up!

People are willing to listen to you. It just depends on the kind of people. Usually the people who are your friends and family. But if they arent trustworthy then you need to reconsider who you call friends

It's usually good to talk to your parents, because they know most about life more than you, and they love you. It's also good to talk to friends, because they usually have your back, and listen to any problems you have. It's also good to talk to a psychologist, because they've graduated from college to major in psychology.
