The good news is there are many outlets for you. If you have a trusted friend and would like to talk to them, you've got a ready-made set-up. But sometimes it's hard to talk to someone close right away. Places like 7 Cups offer the chance to speak freely and anonymously about whatever is on your mind. If you have severe, pressing problems that you feel need immediate help, there are services for that too. If you are feeling suicidal, don't ever feel badly about calling a suicide hotline service. That's what they're there for. They are ready for you, and want to help, no matter how badly you're feeling. Choose the type of support that feels right to you.
Have you reached out to listeners here to talk about whatever has been bothering you? Listeners here can offer safe space without any room for judgment. To find listeners, you can either browse and filter them based on criterion you want them to meet like topics of interest, cheers or language etc. you also have option to simply get in queue of general requests or engage in group chat rooms. Please know that you are not alone here and many wonderful listeners are happy to listen to you and offer you support that you absolutely deserve.

I had a difficult time finding people to talk to, I found talking to random strangers on the bus was great, I wouldn't see them again, I also found 7 cups of tea. Eventually I found a therapist and groups to go to.
You can talk to someone here at 7cups or you can talk to a close friend of yours who you know would listen to you.

There are always people to talk about your issues. However the person you should confide your issues with should be trustworthy, loyal and above all non-judgemental. Apart from parents, friends and close relatives. There's always these wonderful listeners in 7 cups who can listen to you, no matter what your problems are, and can pave a pathway for you.
Find a close friend, someone took know will be there to support you in a non judgmental way. And don't forget, there is always 7 cups
Finding that one person that you trust, that one person that you can tell everything that is on your mind is very helpful. You trust this person because you know he truly cares. On the other hand, talking to someone you don't know that has no affect on your life, is easier, because its anonymous and no matter what that person thinks.. he can not judge/affect/harm you in any way!
