Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I believe everyone should have the opportunity for their voice to be heard. I use a trauma informed, person centred approach in counselling.

I think at sometime we all hit a point where we need help in our lives. We all have a story and we all struggle with different things. I am a listener today who has helped many people and has a great life, but it wasn't always like that. I struggled with depression, anxiety, addiction, etc. I was a wreck at one point and thought I'd never make it. With help and specifically people in help are really trail and error. It didn't happen on the first attempt but eventually, I found the proper help for me and what really worked for my problems. I am happier than ever today and will tell you this. It is not at all bad to need help in life or even feeling down. It is a part of life. Some people struggle a lot worse than others. I always found a system called "Break it down" worked for me. Tackling all of your problems or even 1 whole problem will chances are lead to no success. But if you break down 1 problem into many different steps you will have better odds of solving the problem. I will leave you with this, if you feel help or life isn't working keep finding other ways until their is one way that sticks with you.
I do too. But one thing you have to realize is life isn't a game, and it isn't something to just give up or play around with. Times are hard, but you can't give up. Keep on keeping on.
My personal experience with mental health and things regarding it has been rough but (somewhat) manageable. I'm not completely recovered but I am healthy enough to a point where I'm able to help others.
well what do you need help with exactly, just try and stay positive and i will talk you through ok
My question to you, would be, do you know what you want help with?
The help you get will only be as good as how you ask -- personal lesson. So for you, if you have your answer, or even if you dont, come talk and I'll do my very best to help you ;)
My names L and it would be nice to talk with you
Well, finding a hobby helps. It helps you find what you're good at, and what you're not, and what you could be doing for the rest of your life. Like if you like to sing, perhaps you can join a choir, or if you play an instrument, you could join. Writing, reading, listening to music; all of these things could help you out, among many others.
people think they need help , they really know their problems , flaws
and most of them know the answer
what they need actually is advice , hope , motivation and feel the company in their way out
We all need some help and support sometimes and it is always an act of bravery to ask for it when you need it, never a sign of weakness. You deserve help and support through tough times, everyone does.

Write down a list of what you hope to achieve in your life, why is it important to you, how do you plan to make your dreams come true, how do you plan to achieve your goals; etc. That should give you a better idea on what to do in your lifetime.

Make your life what you want it to be. No one can read your mind and change what you must. Just dream high and reach for it like nothing is in your way and if it's in your way then move it
1)Stop postponing your dreams. Stop waking up with the same morning habits you hate going through just to end up in a future you don't want to live in. DO MORE. Do more of what makes you happy, appreciate every minute of your day, don't let time go to waste.
2)Abide by the words you speak, don't just go around saying you want to be this and that and at the end of the day just let go of everything, strive to achieve and you shall. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, and especially those teachers that try to get into students' minds. Bunch of hypocrites. They also had goals to be successful, whether an engineer, a doctor, or a writer. Most of the ended up working as teachers because they were cowards. Too much of cowards to live out their dreams.
3) Deal with your issues. You shouldn't just ignore your problems, face them. Learn how to overcome them. But never suppress them.
Those were a few main points I thought of.

just remember a journey of a thousand miles begins with a simple step so take things easy and one at a time
Life is complicated, the hardest part is understanding it and carrying on. Just know you have a great purpose in this world and if you feel no one else does, just know i care for you everyday!

Only you know what's best for you, but if you're feeling like you don't know which way to go then you have most certainly come to the right place. There's hundreds of listeners waiting to help as well as your progress path and all of the resources we offer here in the guides ðŸ˜
It's a good step to be here on 7CoT because it shows that you want help. Don't be afraid of telling someone closer, a doctor or someone else. With time I noticed most People understand many sorts of Problems. Another helpful/motivating Point is personality developement. There are many books and yt channels. I'm for example inspired by Infinite Waters
Everyone needs help sometimes. No one's life is or can ever be perfect. It's perfectly normal to ask for help, to receive it and to maybe someday offer it to someone else. In fact, those kinds of interactions are the most real and they keep us human and down to earth.

You've come to the right place. 7 Cups is here to offer you support through 1 on 1 chat or Group support chat.
The best thing is that you have realised this and come to terms with it. You are on your first step towards a more positive lifestyle which is brilliant. Focus on the things you would like to change and work out simple, short term goals to work on. Well done on taking the first step :)
Well you're in the right place. :) Connect with a listener to get some support or post about the struggles your facing in the forums and someone will hopefully give you some advice/support. You can also talk to some people in the chatrooms. There's so much help/support here.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes especially when there is a lot going on at once. It can sometimes feel like we're alone, and accepting help from others is a huge deal. It's a really good idea, and a place like this is a great place to start. Whatever you have going on, you can manage it and there is always people that want to help you. Approach whatever is making you feel most distressed and take your time in dealing with the issue. Find someone to talk to, and share the load. Doctors and therapists are a great resource and you shouldn't been afraid to use them. Family and friends can be a great help too, but if they are not an option then there is always a place like this where someone friendly will listen to your worries and help you come up with some options. Don't worry. You can do this.

As a minor, the best way to seek help is to talk with a safe adult you can trust. As a major, it would be important to talk with a doctor about your situation and to think of the best solution.

This is such a broad question it's very difficult to suggest anything. But maybe take up a hobby to socialise more.
