It's good that you've took a huge step and admitted you need help! It's totally okay to need help. For people to help you, you have to be able to communicate across what your thoughts and views are! Can you do that? You can always connect with a listener.
Don't ever feel embarashed to talk about your problems! It will always help you feel better and get by!
Do things that make you happy, go outside and explore, look around and breath the air, and try to think positive.

I am here to listen to anything you want to talk about. While I cannot give you advice I can however listen.
It's okay. All of us are going to need help one way or another. I'm glad that you are admitting it because many people won't do that. I can help and so can the rest of us :)

I highly recommend you talk to someone about it. A professional, a friend, a family member or even one of our trained listeners are here to help. Don't let yourself suffer in silence, it's okay to not be okay.
Seeing a counsellor helps with that, a lot. They ask you about your current life situation, your hobbies and your interests and they help you create a plan.

First of all, ask someone who you trust and you know that really cares about you. It's completely ok to ask for help. That's the first step. Take a day to think about what you don't like about your life, what you would like to change and then, take it slow. One step at a time and you will get there.

For a major mileage in my life, I believed sharing my feelings was a taboo. We are all patients; field experienced doctors are also patients. A "doctor" is not a title earned when the coat is worn ragged. If there is someone you can confide in with your current situation, please speak up. Come here to talk to someone with a tad bit of experience.

I suggest talking to people you are close to or call experts depending on how severe the situation is. The other option is that you could always talk to any of the listeners here, We're all here to help and that's what we love doing.

I need help connecting to others and using my brain to stay active. I need to feel like I am contributing to the world around me.
We all do, and we all don't. Life is to interesting to "get right".

The best place to start is to understand where this feeling comes from. Is it that you are not happy or that you would like a change or that you're unsure of what to do. Start here and find someone you can confide in and work with to get you moving along that path.
I don't know what you're going through but love yourself more than you love anyone else. That's all I can say.
How's your life now? Do you see a way-out? Every problem has a solution. May be re-think of the situation and see if there is any possible way out. There is nothing impossible in life :) Be strong and look ahead

depends on what wrong with life I have issues of my own but helping others helps me so I will try to help in any way I can
Find out what exactly you need help with. Motivation, organizing, stuff or your mental health? Do not be afraid to ask friends, family and advisors for help and ideas. Remember that it's okay to have bad days, weeks and even months. You don't need to be perfect 24/7. Do something good for yourself and maybe make a list about what points in your life don't work the way you want them work. What can you change, at what point do you need advice, what's urgent. Remember that you are neither weak or a failure or less of a human being if you ask for help.
Everyone has trouble seeking help but it does truly help. This is a very good way to start because everyone here is here to comfort you. Many people can help talk you through your problems because they can be solved
