Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Life is a shell. You make something out of it. Not find it. So don't search and take action in your life.
You take deep breaths, and you take it slow. Baby steps towards small goals will feel refreshing and satisfying. Try not to rush into things, because you won't be able to enjoy the process. Reconnect with your loved ones, and do things that you're more interested in with them. Occupy yourself with books/outdoor activities so you don't overthink :)
surround yourself with love one, and you will realize how much your life mean for both them and you.
I'm sorry you feel this way. Can you tell me more about why you think this? Why do you feel as though you need a meaning in life?
My biggest suggestion is (not to sound cheesy) take each day as it's own gift in the world. That each day is another day with everyone you love, and will love you no matter what
Meaning in life is something completely different for every person. I think a good place to start is to look to the people you really admire - the people in your life or the ones you look up to - and think about what it is they do to create meaning. Even if you feel like you can't do exactly the same thing - maybe your hero is Neil Armstrong, and their can only be one first man on the moon - you can think about why what they did was special. For example, Armstrong did something nobody else had ever done before - how can you do something like that? And in looking for that answer, you just maybe might find the meaning you're looking for.
by breathing and by having the ability to see, feel, touch and exist. How can you not think you have a meaning in life!

Life can seem pointless when we feel like we are stuck. Find a new hobby, start a new book, or go for a walk every morning. Rejuvenate and renew yourself!
This is a constant battle in my life too, so I understand how you feel. From personal experience I find something time consuming. For example, last week I set myself a book to read. This week, I'm making a small rug from scratch. Next week I plan to pick a piano piece to learn. I find that if I set a small achievable goal, that it makes me feel a little better. It makes me feel like 'okay, I have something to do now, so I have to keep going and get it done'. Suddenly life has a purpose, even if it's just a small and short lived one. I hope I explained that okay.
well, meaning of life varies from one person to another. finding it can be like finding things that you like to do like a hobby or like a long-term goal for yourself to complete in life

Life is a journey. Sometimes you will feel like there are great voids in the path you take, where you don't really know where you're going, why you're here, or what direction to go next. It's called drifting, it's exceptionally draining and boring, it can make you feel utterly useless and as if you are a waste of space. The fact of the matter is, periods of drifting are a natural part of life. Like ocean tides, sometimes we are strongly motivated, sometimes we are aimless and drifting. There's nothing wrong with you, with what you're doing, you just have to embrace the moment of inactivity and wait for the next surge of energy!
Finding meaning in your life, unfortunately, isn't something you can necessarily do overnight. It's rough, I know, to feel so uncertain but it takes time. I like to think that finding your own purpose is a process rather than an end goal. I'd suggest exploring different hobbies and sports. If you're in school or have the means to return, I'd suggest checking out different organizations and different classes that seem even remotely interesting. Sometimes, the best opportunities may seem to come out of nowhere. There's beauty in exploring different opportunities. I wish you all the luck!
Think about just how much you have to live for. Like, think about the birds and the trees and the sky and the stars. If you don't feel like you have anybody think about just how beautiful this world actually is, and that if you stay here you can make a difference. You can make other people see how beautiful it is, and help them find meaning. You have purpose.
I find meaning in life in helping others, I do whatever I can to help others in whatever ways I can, and seeing the impact that a single person is able to have on someone else's life is what keeps me going, I don't live for myself, I live to make the world a better place one small gesture at a time, and that makes me tremendously happy
You only feel this way when you are not accomplishing anything nor enjoying life. Start doing something, do not sit. Remember that your time is short, don't waste it. Do new things experience life and keep trying and learning till you stumble upon what may fit you and make you happy.
Find the most important thing or person in life and make it your center, your anchor. Don't let go, and always keep it with you, close to you and make it your purpose, something to hang on to.
No life is pointless you need to find contentment in the here and enjoying each moment of life the sounds and sensations of just existing. We are all pressured with images of people living these seemingly fabulous lives which can make you feel inadequate as though every minute of every day should be an amazing. photo opportunity. Most of those documented lives are not real. SometimesIn life in life you will have those moments when you are not sure what you should be doing there is nothing wrong with that there is also nothing wrong with taking a few different turns along the way. Who is to say what a worthwhile life is you will find your own way it may take a little time that whilst you are waiting do not be so hard on yourself

Self love is the first step in finding the meaning of life. Once you start loving, accepting, and respecting yourself, you will become a more positive person and get to see the good things in life and start noticing the small things. Of course not everything will be perfect, life isn't perfect. It is okay to be sad though! It's okay to have other emotions besides happiness!
Think of one amazing thing that has happened in your life, something that makes you smile, something you wish you could go back to and relive. Your purpose is that you are the only person in the world with this amazing memory, if you weren't alive, that wonderful moment would fade into the past and be lost to the universe.
Go out and meet some new people and treat your self to a makeover! Write a list of things that you've always wanted to do!

Looking for a hobby is a simple way to find enjoyment even when things may seem bleak. Try doing new things, and see if any interest you. There are a million things to try, and even trying them can make you feel like you are working towards a goal
This one of the most important questions, yet one of the hardest to answer. I have no idea, and I guess no one has. I know my life's meaning, and I think this is the single most important factor in my well being. Yet, although I think my purpose ((walking through a path which increases mine and other's happiness and well-being) is one that would fit many and could be embraced by others, ultimately it is anyone's own choice and task to figure out what would be the meaning that suits you. Unfortunately, this is the one thing in life, I guess, where we can't find an instruction manual. On the bright side, once we find it, the rewards are great and anything else after would be much easier to figure out
That is a question only you can answer. You must search for what you love, and stick with it. What makes you happy can be your meaning for life. It can be anything, big or small

My go to method when I start to feel worthless is to meditate. I'll sit for a while and reflect on things I have done, successes, friends, family, and even failures. I'll prioritize things in my life. Another way I do this is to look at old pictures of things. This often reminds you of what you strive for.

Explore the things in life that interest you, the more you are interested in life the more reason you have to live
Find something that makes you calm. Meditations and go to adventures. Do the best things in life without wrecking your social status. Talk with your friends and therapist. Try to be optimistic

Learn how to love yourself. Don't be afraid of what people are going to say , because you can never make everyone happy. You have to treat people the way you want to be treated. What you have inside is much more beautiful than the outside.

Think of what truly matters to you. Any hobbies? Anything that gives you joy? Any talents of yours? Any moments in your life where you experienced happiness through accomplishment? If not, then you are still finding yourself. Try going out in nature, exploring different activities, etc.
By surrounding yourself with positive things! Things that you love, people who are good and caring, and content that is encouraging and meaningful. But you have to decide what the meaning of your life is, because someone else's meaning of life might be different than yours. The only way you can find it though is to work in seeking it out.
