Life is full of things we humans do not understand in are existing but being apart of things no one is, is living life. If you never take a look at the bigger picture then thats were you need to start. Try finding something you love to do and embrace it to the world. Life has meanings for different people and you get to decide what you life is made up of.

From my personal experience many times we do feel that life is pointless but we definitely have to look at ourselves and redefined who we really are. We are kind compassionate loving and yet even though we are easily misunderstood we are kind-hearted people Full of Life full of joy. One of the most important things in life is to learn more about ourselves and how to be more loving to ourselves learn to teach ourselves to be appreciative of what we do we need to stop being so hard on ourselves

Focusing on other people is what I find to be the biggest way to bring meaning into life. It's important to take care of yourself, but it's rare you can be truly happy without putting someone's needs before your own. It's a weird truth but it's a truth. It may seem counterproductive at first but I can promise you that helping others will bring more meaning into your life. (I personally love secret service as I get to laugh maniacally in the background as my victim tries to figure out who did all their dishes.)

Try to step out of your bubble, do something fun, find an activity that you enjoy and are good at, someday you might get money doing this!

You can find meaning in life by simply finding things that you are grateful for. Make sure to acknowledge those things. One of them could simply be that you are grateful to have daily meals set out on the dinner table. It's easier to go through life when finding those small and simple things that make life more enjoyable.

Think of someone who influenced you and helped you or what kind of person you needed or had during a hard time. Go be that person for someone else.

By surrounding yourself with things and people that make you happy and finding positivity in everything. Life is never going to be perfect but that doesn’t mean you can find the good in most things. No one is pointless, we all have a meaning and purpose.

Find things that draw most attention to you. Find something that makes you feel good. For example i found that helping others, gave me a purpose and a meaning to this life. Its also one of the reasons i joined 7cups as a listener.

Trying to start with the little things, searching for hobbies, friends and/or relationships, the higher you climb, the harder you fall so finding a balance that brings you happiness should do the thing

1) Dream about something you really need or want. (ex.get into a relationship) 2) Set a strategic (long-term) goal. (ex. To marry the one) 3) set short term goals.(ex. Get fit, read books about relationships &love..etc) 4) Monitor and follow your achievements. 5) once you achieve it, dream again and repeat the cycle.

Everyone has their own journey in life and finding the meaning of your own is a difficult task. First, ask yourself what is it that you are specifically looking for. What is the void you are trying to fill. Some people find the meaning of life in friends, family, employment and other things they accomplish. Others feel a more spiritual meaning in their existence. No matter your meaning as a whole, know you make a difference to those you love and who love you. Sometimes, love is just as big as a legacy. Good luck in your journey!

Life is innately pointless, that's why you have to find your own. Trial and error my friend. Find something that works for you, whether it's helping people, understanding yourself, or helping the planet, and follow through.

The meaning of life can be found in the relationship you form with others and yourself. If someone makes you happy, then make them happier. Same for yourself, do things that make you happy.

Setup goals in your life. Your goal could be making a difference in someone's life, becoming a better person, working hard towards your first million dollar, etc etc. Look for what you like and extract goals accordingly.

First of all: Your Life is not pointless! You matter and you’re loved! Try out new things to motivate yourself. It can be just like drinking an self made smoothie every day. Because that will keep you on the road. Or do sports. Try to workout. Or simply call a friend and watch films and do a beauty night when you’re a girl! When you’re a boy you can do a mask as well. Girls and boys are equal and to be honest, everybody loves the feeling after a Mask! Or simply do that alone and don’t care about what anybody thinks about you for some hours! Go dog walking or babysitting. Ask your neighbor if you could help them with something. You’re loved! And you have to believe that!

Try finding new things that'll give you motivation to go onto the next day. Find something to look forward to every day. Even if it's just little things like taking walks or playing with your sibling(s).

As humans we are social beings, meaning that a huge part of our lives involves other people. To find purpose in life, we should work to love and grow ourselves, but even more importantly than that, we should find something greater and outside ourselves to focus on. Show your friends and family that you care for them, or involve yourself in a job or form of community. Even if you don't naturally feel like a "team player," try to find the people you click with and a mission higher than yourself. Start off by identifying your passions or interests and expand on that. For example, if you like writing, try to write on your own, but take it a step further. Ask yourself, "How can I take this to the next level and serve something greater than myself?" Maybe your friend could use some help writing her essay, maybe there's a writing club at school, or maybe you could submit things online or the newspaper.

I have been in a similar situation before, and I understand how frustrating it feels to just go with the daily motions without actually enjoying life. I have found a few things have helped me get out of this cycle. 1) I took some time to identify my genuine interests. For example, I loved drawing as a child, so I decided to take that up as a hobby. Having hobbies gave me something to look forward to once in a while. 2) I looked for things that I am passionate about - things that made me feel SOMETHING. For example, I am passionate about animals, so put myself around them more, volunteered at a shelter, and found purpose in advocating for them. 3) I found meaning in the little things. Sometimes, although it is tough to do or see, I found that being more present in moments allowed me to find joy. For example, really enjoying spending time with my friends or family and making an effort to be present helped me find meaning in my friendships and connections with other people. Even taking time to talk to somebody in line at the grocery store/acknowledging other people's experiences helps. I hope that this may help on your journey in finding meaning in life.

Life is never pointless. Everybody serves a purpose. Even small things can make a huge difference and it is more than possible that you have already done that. When I thought my life was pointless, my friends and family told me how broken they would feel if I had killed myself, and I realized that my life meaning was making others happy with my presence. And if you don’t already make people happy by just being there, it would be by your accomplishments. Again, they can be small, but they make a big impact. I can assure you that your family and friends would be devastated if you left them.

Finding meaning in life has been the goal of humankind since the beginning of time. Unfortunately, this is a rather difficult goal and a hard question to answer, because the meaning of life is different for every individual. However, I think that the best way to find your personal meaning is to do activities that you love and to be around other individuals that you enjoy. Getting out in the community and volunteering is often a great way to do this. Alternatively, trying to show kindness to others is one way of finding meaning in your life. It is often the smallest actions that can have the greatest impacts. For example, a smile or a kind word can mean the world to someone who is silently struggling with depression or who is lonely. I wish you luck with finding your meaning, but also would like to caution you that those who try too hard and too intensely to find their meaning may become overwhelmed and thus conclude that their life does not have meaning. So be kind to yourself as well, and realize that finding meaning in your life is a lifelong journey that never ends and that this meaning can be ever-changing.

No one's life is pointless. We all have meaning and purpose. A great way to find meaning in your life is by helping others with the knowledge you possess from personal experiences. Someone else may be feeling the exact same way you may have felt with the same or similar situation. By opening up and empathizing with them, you help others cope and give hope that they are not alone in this. Compassion goes a long way. By simply listening or acknowledging someone else that is going through a rough time can make a world of a difference to them, thus proving that life is not pointless and you do having meaning in your life by helping others find the meaning in their life.

it is hard to find I understand you. But there is. Trust me. There is some light in this world and maybe now you don't see it but is there and you eventually will see it. Probably you feel like you aren't worth it or that your life is pointless, but it is not. You are worth it. Trust me. Now, think about something that makes you happy. Whether that is some boy, or a girl, or even some friends. Someone or something can make your life amazing. Maybe start going to the gym or train some sports because that can help a lot. Start writing or drawing or whatever makes you feel happy. And when you feel sad just think about that thing and it will change your life. Believe me.

Before I say anything I want you to know that you're life has value and worth even if you are feeling pointless and lost. I can imagine how difficult it must be to feel that way and I want you to know that it is not easy but also not uncommon to feel lost like that. Your meaning in life is personal to you, it can be as complex as solving a major math problem and saving the world or as simple as making sure your pets have food and coworkers hava a good day. Whatever brings you joy is worthy and meaningful.

When did living start feeling pointless? Are there actions other than self hurt that could possibly help your mood? If you could take a vacation in a woody area would you take time to help yourself clear your mind? I've taken time by the river in the past where i'm from. It helped me to focus and channel my negative energy by a positive energy that is similar to life itself. Imagining yourself like a rock, and water as life's grand challenges. We as humans can not actually be a rock; but metaphorically lets say we are. But water represents our every day problems that we as rocks can not fight because of the current. Can we choose what we are molded into? Is the answer No because we are rocks? If So; how can we compare and contrast what a human can do to what a rock can do? Understanding ourselves can have a better affect on our minds and even help us with taking on day by day stressful situations rite? Thanks for reaching out to 7 Cups for support; and if there is a time to help a friend, we are here to help!
