Sleeping provides only a temporary relief from problems. Of course you're going to wake up sad! You'll always remember the most impactful thing that happened to you the night/day before. You have to reflect on your problems or your mood or even your whole life for it to be resolved. But it's well worth it. You'll wake up refreshed and ready to take on the world.
Go to bed listening to calming sounds or music and wake up listening to high emotional songs or songs that create good feelings don't mistake it for ego tripping or false senses of high energy :)

Depending on the situation you want to forget. Forgetting a tough time in your life is hard. Most of the time wanting to forget includes a person that you cared for. The memories that you had with them will always be there and you can't always forget them. Remember the good times you had though. Also look at what you learned from that person while they were with you.

try having a glass or alcohol each night before you go to bed, or just go to bed happy and you will wake up happy
forgetting something specific is difficult but you can always fill your mind with other thoughts. this will help you not to remember the sad thing and in the future may be forget too.

The thing with waking up sad is that we can't all be happy 7 days a week. We all have sad days, not matter how long they last, they come and go. The idea of forgetting or letting go is quite hard, but I personally believe that step one to forgetting or letting go of a problem is identifying the problem, only from completing this one step can we move on and actually learn to accept and finally let go. Then maybe, and most likely, you'll wake up happy!

You can't not to wake up sad. However, one can make their day better. You can smile because you woke up today, or smile becuse you will take care only of yourself today. In order to be happy, you need to find peace with yourself.

Hi. I have a suggestion for you. Why don't you list all the things that makes you happy and post it on our wall so it will be the first thing you see/read in the morning.
Well, you have to see more on the plus side. Be more positive. Have some people with positive vibes to surround you. That helps a lot!
