Before you go to bed at night, write down 3 things that you are thankful for or that make you happy. Try and create 3 new things every night. It really makes you think about what you love and care about. Even just a little positivity can improve your day tremdously

Find something you're interested in. Invest time into a hobby and pretty soon you'll be able to look back at something you can be proud of. Finding pride in yourself can be a huge forward step toward genuine happiness.
Well that can be hard for some but not impossible. Just focus on things that are happening in your day that you like when you first wake up in the morning and see if that helps any.
I found that when I go to bed happy, I'll wake up happy. I know it's hard sometimes, but it's the only thing to really do. No matter whether you're slightly happy because of a pet, a text, or a song, it can help. Just don't let go of that little happiness while you fall asleep and it's easier to wake up happy.

We just have to think of the happiest moment in our life. In this way, we can forget, at least in a moment the sadness we that we feel :)

Waking up sad, having a sad face, an unpleasant feeling towards yourself and others. Hmm..Indeed really annoying. How about you try this :
- Wake up earlier as usual (i know it is hard but try).
-Take a deep breathe.
- Play on some good music, something that will boost your mood.
- take your time packing up for wherever you're going (school, work,etc..)
- take your time preparing breakfast.
- take your time eating it.
- Now you are ready to go --> no stress, relax.
Don't fight your feelings. It's normal to have lots of ups and downs, and feel many conflicting emotions, including anger, resentment, sadness, relief, fear, and confusion. It's important to identify and acknowledge these feelings. While these emotions will often be painful, trying to suppress or ignore them will only prolong the grieving process.

Try to engage yourself in things you love, and surround yourself with people you love. Set goals for yourself and work to achieve them!

Forget the things that most make you sad, find the things that make you happy, and use them to make you smile

I think that the best way to stop waking up sad is to go to sleep happy :) That has always helped me before. Also listening to soothing music helps.
the best thing to do is probably don't go to sleep sad, before going to sleep have a relaxing bath/shower, listen to some good music to take your mind off any negative thoughts you may have. Also try to get plenty of sleep, that will always help to bring a positive mood in the morning
It's never tough to go through something that you would rather forget. However, when you wake up, just focus on what you would like to do today to make sure that you feel happy, stay engaged, and do not overthink matters. Always remember, you're not alone :)
The idea is to deal with the source of where the sadness comes from. If you can deal with the source you will be able to manage the sadness.

Think about the positive memories have and done, you will only be sad if you choose to be sad. Going out for walks early in the morning also helps, eating healthy, listening to music and creating happy memories. When you wake up don't think "my life sucks, this is just another depressing day" think "I am beautiful, I am smart, today is going to be a great day" meet new people to also distract yourself from your problems
Take a shower while listening to catchy and happy songs! It will be a good start of your day and you will feel refreshed!

From my personnal experience, I think that in order to stop waking up sad, we need to accept ourselves and what has happened to us. It is impossible to forget that of which had an impact on us, be it good or bad, but it is possible to accept it as a part of our experiences without letting it define who we are.

You should understand the reason of your sadness. When you find a reason, think over some actions that you may take to change your life stream in a different way. It may be hard, and you may not be ready for that right now, but it will change no matter what.

Maybe try getting a few hobbies, it will take up your time giving you none to think about sad things
Maybe you need to talk to someone about it. Talk about what you are feeling and why, because venting can be very helpful
I think that today will be better than yesterday. I will accept the sadness at night and try to figure out what is going on and what is really wrong. So when I wake up, my sadness dissapear and I could be doing something today with full of spirit and faith.
In order to forget you must first accept it. You wake up sad, it's okay : you won't remain sad forever. Be accepting your feelings.
My advice would be to not forget. Rather learn from your past, and then proceed to act on that learning to build yourself a beautiful future. A future in which you won't have to wake up sad. :)

The simple way to forget, just remember yourself. Because, you are the one who can make to anyone happy and be happy.
What is it that you want to forget? Feeling less sad in the morning is most likely going to happen when you deal with the thing that is bothering you.
Wake up with a song you like and makes you feel happy and pumped up. It will automatically make you start your day happily and active.

What do you want to forget? find that out and then deal with that and maybe you won't wake up sad anymore
There are many times I wake up early with panic and anxiety. It's not that I wanted it, but it was a natural reaction for the events in my life.
When this happens, I consciously stop my brain from over thinking. I breathe in and out deeply a couple of times. Then I think of one thing that I appreciate waking up for.

If something is on your mind that is bothering you and causing you to wake up sad you should try writing all your thoughts in a journal, or you can have a positive mindset when going to sleep so you wake up feeling better.
You could have a long chat with a friend just before you sleeping, watch your favorite movie too helps
