@trueconfidant123 Thank you for sharing! It’s wonderful to hear that you’re diving into such a wide range of books. Don’t worry, I’m not going to cancel you — I haven’t read Colleen Hoover’s books myself, but I’ve heard they address complex issues, including abusive relationships. Since I haven’t read them, I don’t have a strong opinion. It’s always valuable to approach what we read with a critical eye. Based on your description, her writing sounds really intriguing!

@Mya000 "The Scapegoat" by Daphne Du Maurier - it is on my list of top books ever.
As for feminity and feminism, you might be surprised to check "Ann Veronica. A Modern Love Story" by... H.G. Wells (yes!). However, it depicts the female rights movements in some old-fashioned way. A nice story with positive feminity in the background is also "The Story of Mr Polly" by the same author.
