Hello everyone. Newbie here (signed up yesterday). I'm going through a difficult time (marriage separation) and have been feeling all kinds of ways...mostly depressed, anxious, guilty, worthless. Even though it is my choice to dissolve the relationship. There's obviously a super long story which maybe I will share but I found 7 Cups to help me through.
