Very sorry for you about how you are feeling at present.
Can I suggest something? I was a student for some years. I was often feeling alone and low. What I did not know that I had to realise was that studying is hard. It is exhausting. It is difficult. It is constant, like always going uphill, for years. And so it is tiring. But I had no way of even realising that I would be tired from it all. So I could not start to manage myself or ralise why I was so tired and low and alone.
The thing is, if this is maybe a little of what you have going on, is to realise that you are going to be exhausted a lot of the time and to build in the required rest time every day. It means getting to be on time and getting rest and enough sleep. It means understanding what work you have to do, so that you can plan how much time you have and use that time all the time for study and for the work you have to produce. Keep on track and ensure you have the rest and sleep time every day.
Also essential is eating well, and extremely limiting alcohol. Also minimum 30 minutes exercise every day.
These are the basics. They should help you keep on top of your work demands, get enough rest and sleep, and to realise that your low feelings are a lot of exhaustion which also means you will be alone at those times.
@dapperNest9226 Hiya! Thank you for your kind comment. I actually came to the realisation that I'd always have a lot of work to do about 3 years ago. But I have to push myself to be the best, so I constantly hold all nighters or go to bed without dinner because I've got too much homework and too little time. I do still try my best to eat properly. I take vitamins in the morning, and when I'm busy, I try to buy a salad or something on my way home so I can eat while working. As for the sleep aspect, , I'll only ever get to catch up on sleep at the weekends, as I stay up late revising, working, or doing things I want to do. But I usually sleep during my lunch time anyway :3
PS when I said student, I meant high school student! (16 year olds can't drink!!!)

Hi there.
You have a lot to do at the stage of school. There's a lot to learn and, as you say, you aim for thorough learning so you can excel in your work.
But try to keep a normal routine. If you need extra study time, try to get up early and go to bed early. It is fair to say that everyone needs enough rest and sleep. You'll study best like that too and, in with anormal routine, you'll be in tandem with activities that go on during the day time instead of being tired. I now its difficult but try to aim for it because your body needs enough rest and sleep and you'll need to be awake and alert during the day time.
As for eating, drink water regulary to keep hydrated which also helps concentration. A glass per hour. Sorry if this is repetitive. And try to eat at regular meal times as that also helps sleeep pattern eg keep energy foods for lunchtime as pasta meals (for example) at dinner time ramp you up with energy just when you'll be getting ready for rest and sleep.
Sorry if these ideas are repetitive. Just ignore!
