One good thing: I finished months of physical therapy after getting rear-ended in a care accident. Both my body & mood are in better shape.
One bad thing: There are paperwork and chores I need to catch up with. I'm spending more energy evading problems than solving them.

For a good thing, I want to share that Mom cooks rice noodle fish soup for us. I haven't eaten in about three months, and I am so craving it.
For a bad thing, I got sick. It is flu, low blood pressure, and low sugar rate. I am easily to be tired recently.

1 good thing that has happened lately is.I received a promotion at work.
1 bad thing that has happened lately is my watch quit working and I found out that my warranty expired about a month before.

@PsychPrashansa13 I am doing well. One good thing - I got to have a date night with my husband that was much needed. One bad thing, is that my 3 year old keeps hitting his 2 year old brother, and is starting to really make me upset!

I am handling all my life in God's hands, in a belief he will take care of everything. Getting anxious never took me upward but always the way around. @Rainboho I am so glad the weather has been nice. I am in the United States of America. It is late fall for us, and the weather is starting to get colder. Saw, the first snow showers, of the season. It did not stick to the ground, yet. The temp was not cold enough for that.
