...See more I was here a couple months ago, I was deep in depression, OCD and other mental issues. I reached out for help to different people who were very willing to help. I used this app as my therapist for a while. I got encouragement and I've been working hard on bettering myself. I've noticed that in the past few weeks I've gotten much better and I've felt myself getting unstuck more and more. I still overthink and have OCD related intrusive thoughts but I can say for sure I've come from afar. This was just to key you in on my mental health and to reach to people who relate. Thank you

...See more I'm Vivienne and I'm 20 right now. I haven't been diagnosed but i believe i have symptoms of OCD . I've been struggling for around 5 years. It makes my life harder for me , for example : -I get anxious to eat food because I imagine that the person who cooked handled it with dirty hands and all that - I have difficulty in breathing when i smell any awful smell because I imagine the particles of the source of smell going in to my nose That and all kinds of weird irrational thoughts. Morever a couple years back I was literaly seemingly crazy and my parents even took me to a psychiatrist . I was prescribed certain drugs and they helped me improve. I had weird symptoms for example: -My neck would turn on its own like someone else was controlling my muscles -My leg would stiffen up mid walking and i couldn't continue walking -I would have random thoughts that weren't mine just flood my brain -Sometimes I would even crawl around like a child...its like i couldn't control my body Safe to say a lot of these happened while people watched at home and sometimes even in public with the neck thing and was really embarrassing. I'm glad some of this symptoms are over and I act like a normal person even though in my head, i still have all these unwanted thoughts. Other than that i also have these random intrusive thoughts about disgusting things that make me disturbed, for example ; this is TMI but I tend to imagine things like poo going in to my mouth and this can be triggered by seeing a brown streak in the toilet🤢 I'm sorry about that info but i just wanna let it out 😭 On top of that I have anxiety , depression symptoms, emotional imbalance and sort of psychosis. I really hope this finds you well and I'm really sorry if I offended you. I'm just hoping to find someone who can relate and can support me on my struggles. I also wish to support others and find friends. Thankyou and sorry. 🙏
