Hello!! 

Some of my favorite things to do are spend time with my family. I love to read & learn. If I could make learning my full time job I definitely would! I am very dedicated to my job. I enjoy spending time at the beach & I am passionate about ocean/marine life conservation, recovery, making sure everyone has access to books & learning to read & supporting our vets. 

One of the things that I am wanting to overcome is my OCD. It can be exhausting & life controlling at times. I am familiar with CBT & use it but there are times when I become overwhelmed or stressed & it’s harder to use the CBT techniques during those times.
