It’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally and emotionally in tune.

Completely exhausted mentally and physically, but i guess that’s normal after having a late night breakdown 2 days in a row 🦥

Not doing so well to b honest. People r so rude and fake. I am treated differently cuz of my Autism. I can't drive. I'm not good at counting money at work. I struggle to survive. I'm afraid to move away from family.
Grateful when able to help.

I am not doing any better mentally.
My regrets, fears, and my messed up living situation and anger at myself for what my own self sabotage got me.
Im grateful for the fact that I don’t have my blade on me.

Mentally, I feel like my brain has been yoyoing all day from being hopeful to being terrified of the future.
Physically though, I feel good. I finally had a good sleep last night for the first time in ages. Only felt normal tired today at work. Huge win there.
What's taking up most of my headspace?
I just so wish I could take their pain away. They mean the absolute world to me and it breaks my heart that they are hurting. It's all I can think about.
What are you grateful for right now?
My parents, I don't know what I'd do without them. They are always there for me.
What's something you can do today that would be good for you?
Sleep before midnight and buy good food for lunches
This thread is so helpful and useful. The replies to this are so wholesome and seeing people carving their emotions are so nice, everyone deserves to exhibit their Mental health and their pressure this thread gives an opportunity to it. Congrats.

Hopefully get everyone on the same page at work would make my day.
I can eat more veggies today. Grateful for friends. Feeling...mixed. A little sad today. My past relationship is taking up a lot of my headspace
