It’s common for us to schedule a routine visit to the doctor when we aren’t feeling our best, so it should be common for us to check-in with our mental health to ensure that we are physically, mentally and emotionally in tune.

Hello everyone.

Im feeling okay today I’ve had a lot to do but getting through my list.

Taking up my headspace is the usual for me always worrying about others and making sure I’ve had time to check in with others.

Im grateful for my family.

Later today I will take some time to do some reading which relaxes me

  • Today I'm feeling totally stressed, sad, tired physically and mentally exhausted.

  • My finals.

  • I'm grateful for the friends, family and boyfriend that I have, they are the most beautiful thing on Earth and it makes me so happy that I got the chance to be in their lifes.

  • I should do some exercise to get my anxiety level lower, so I'm going to do that right now, see ya!!!

    i feel mentally drained i feel sluggish and tired

    nothing at the moment i just dont care anymore..

    i unplugged all my game systems and am currently taking a break from the toxiness

1. I am physically feeling exhausted. I went running today for the 258th day in a row so my legs are constantly sore. Mentally I'm in a bad place. I wish I could rewind time.


2. I was supposed to go out to the movies last night with a girl from work, but I found out that she went out the week prior with another guy from work so I canceled and told her I didn't want to get involved. This upset her and now I'm overthinking whether or not she even liked me in the first place...


3. I am grateful I have a really good friend that is training to be a therapist, so she's been helping me. I am worried I'm going to scare her away though.


4. I think listening to music and getting out of the house today will be good for me. I don't have many friends so it's hard to hangout with people.

Hi again, Mango! I'm really appreciating these check-ins; they're coming at a much-needed time. So, thank you! 😊❤️

1) How am I feeling today? (Mentally and Physically)

Mentally, I'm extremely anxious in both good and bad ways. I've returned to college, and I'm not yet sure on if I'll be able to handle it just yet, so I guess I'll see how this first week goes and then decide on if I can stick it through or if I need to drop it and continue healing for the meantime. Physically, I'm all right. I have a bit of a tummy ache from my anxiety, and my legs are sore from running yesterday, but it's manageable.

2) What's taking up most of my headspace?

The anxiety of adulthood, hehe. (^ ^;;)

3) What are you grateful for right now?

Familiar faces that I can relax and feel safer around, both online and in-person. :)

4) What's something you can do today that would be good for you?

Pace myself in figuring out school and work, as well as remembering to allow myself time to relax. I would like to bake another loaf of bread today; I've been getting into baking bread because I find it soothing, and the fact that I get a tasty treat at the end is a bonus.

1- كيف أشعر اليوم (عقليًا وجسديًا) عقليًا أشعر أن هناك شيئًا عالقًا في ذهني يجب إزالته في الأيام القادمة حتى أكون أفضل من الآن! جسديا ، أنا ممتاز

2- ما الذي يشغل أكبر مساحة في رأسي؟ لدي حاليًا بعض الاختبارات لإكمالها لذا أفكر بها في الوقت الحالي. 3-

ما أشعر بالامتنان حتى الآن؟أنا ممتن لأنني بصحة جيدة وأن وجود أطفالي معي يجعلني أشعر بالسعادة والرضا❤️


4- What is something you can do today that will be useful to you? I learn new and different skills for me in 7 cups, including clean development

  • How am I feeling today? (Mentally and Physically)

    Mentally strong, I'm back on my feet after a rough day. Physically, though, I feel like my body is getting sick. I'm doing my best to stock up on nutrients right now.

  • What’s taking up most of my headspace?

    My mother's relationship issues. I wish I could help more than I feel like I can.

  • What are you grateful for right now?

    Testosterone! I couldn't get my prescription till a day later due to bad weather, and that had me anxious, but I'm so glad to have my shot in me. I can't wait till my voice finally drops, : )

  • What's something you can do today that would be good for you?

Going to bed early, for sure. I think I will log off a bit earlier than normal tonight.

    Physically okay. A little tired. Mentally, I'm just done with work for today and just want to goof off and not think too much.

  • What’s taking up most of my headspace?

    Worry is always taking up most of my headspace. I'm trying to figure out how to push that out and get something better going up there.

  • What are you grateful for right now?

    Grateful that I'm alive and my family members are still alive.

  • What's something you can do today that would be good for you?

I had lunch with a friend. That was so nice to do.
