@Heather225

I've noticed people saying that they can request to delete a post. I've never seen that option. How do they do that?

3 replies

Hiya @jesusredeemedme2425, there isn't a personal option available for everyone to edit/delete posts, only people with the relevant forum related leadership roles and training have it.

However, there always is an option to reach out to someone on the forum team and get assistance with your post/ forum related things.

If you'd like any of your posts deleted, you can simply flag it and in the space provided mention that you're the poster and want it removed. The forum flag team will do the needful!

Also, this post: https://www.7cups.com/forum/7cupsleadership/ForumGuides_2597/ModifyingYourForumContent_96498/ explains various ways for the same.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Hello everybody, new account here, not new to 7cups. Quick question: isn't it possible to write listener reviews anymore? I wanted to write some but can't find out how to do so.

Hello @Uda welcome back!

Yes, of course. You can find the explanation for giving reviews/ written feedback for listeners you've spoken to, here: https://www.7cups.com/forum/siteupdates/FeatureUpdates_2525/TwoSimpleStepstoSubmittheListenerReview_315363/

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou

Thank you! It used to be more simple if I remember it well, you didn't have to end the chat right?

3 replies

@Uda

Ending the chat using that option still isn't mandatory, a verbal chat-end for the time-being is more than enough!

I'm unsure how this exactly looks on a member account, but as the post suggests, when you click on the ellipses (...) in the chat window, there's an option to leave written feedback in the drop down menu, so you can try that, without ending the chat too!

See if it works?^^

wishfulWillow6962 April 17th

@Uda Just hopping in to answer this question. Depending on how long ago you are referring to, you are correct in saying to review a listener you didn’t have to click end chat and it used to pop up at various points during a chat, but this is no longer the case.

As site updates have happened, now in order for the review pop-up to appear either the member or listener is required to click end chat. Please note, this does not stop you for continuing a conversation another time.

I hope this helps clarify things.

@wishfulWillow6962

Yes it does, that is indeed how I remember it, it was way more simple that way and encouraged us more to rate and review.

I agree with others that this is a very good initiative to help new users find their way around the site. Just a small suggestion though: maybe the use of an image with a watermark looks a bit unprofessional. Maybe replace it?

@Uda

Good catch on the watermark. Changed! Welcome back to 7 Cups too by the way!

2 questions-

How many free chats do I get with Noni per month? I can't find info about this anywhere...

Can I create/follow multiple paths?

3 replies

Welcome to the community, @selfConfidentLavandula567, good to have you with us.

I think all chats with Noni are free and there's no limit to it. Unless there has been a recent update. @soulfullyabutterfly could you confirm perhaps?

Ooh and yes, you can create and follow multiple growth paths.

2 replies

Clarification to my question - is it possible to follow multiple paths at the same time?

1 reply
AffyAvo June 10th

@selfConfidentLavandula567 No, but you can switch the path as many times as you like.

More of a functionality/tech question. I had a task in the "Your Plan for Today" to view the Sharing Circle for 3 minutes. Followed over to the link and read along for a little. For whatever reason, after heading back to my homepage, it wasn't checking off green/complete. Just some weird bug?
