...See more Hi hi all sweet peopleโค๏ธhope you're all doing well Can you believe it? We're standing at the doorway of 2025, with 2024 wrapping up its story. For some this time of year is filled with twinkling lights, laughter and celebration. For others, it may feel heavier, a time of reflection, longing or just trying to make it through. Whatever this season feels like for you, it's okay. You are valid and you are seen. I wanted to take a moment to pause, breathe and connect with you. This is a space for us to reflect, share and just be. How has this year been for you? Were there moments of joy or growth that you're holding close? Challenges that shaped you, even if they felt overwhelming at the time? Perhaps there are things you wish had been different, opportunities you wish you'd taken, or things you're still figuring out. You don't have to have all the answers and you certainly don't need to pretend to feel something you don't. This space is yours, to share your journey, your hopes or even your frustrations. Whether this year has been about climbing mountains or simply putting one foot in front of the other, every single step matters. Let's take a moment to honor all that we've been through, the good, the tough and the in-between. You've made it to this point and that's something worth celebrating in itself As we look toward the new year, remember: you are enough, just as you are. You matter, your feelings matter and the world is better with you in it. And if I don't get to "see" you before the new year (I know some of us may be taking a break during the holidays) i want to send you my warmest wishes. ...See more Hi hi, lovely humans!๐Ÿ‘‹ ๐ŸงกHappy Cupsgiving!๐Ÿงก Sooo, today's theme is Sharing Wisdom (which btw feels a little heavy, ngl, but hey, we love a good deep dive now and then, right?). Anyway, it got me thinking, like, how much random wisdom we accidentally pick up just by... existing at work? You know, those moments where you're like, "Wait. What just happened? Did I actually learn something from that mess?" or like, "Wow, that was... oddly profound for a Monday morning." For example (and don't laugh): once, I literally forgot to unmute myself on Zoom for like... the entire meeting. Cringe central. But, plot twist, it taught me to triple-check before I speak. And to, you know, listen more๐Ÿ˜‚little things like that, but they kinda stick with you, you know? So, I wanna know, have you had any of those !ohhh" or "huh, okay then" moments at work? Doesn't have to be deep or serious (though it totally can be if you feel like it), maybe its just something funny that taught you a lesson or like, an unexpected insight about yourself, or...idk, life in general? Drop your stories, or just chill and read what others share (tthats totally cool too). No pressure, no rules here, except for like, be nice, obviously๐Ÿ˜…oh, and bonus points if your story involves coffee or snacks, because prioritiesโ˜•๐Ÿฉ Alright, im gonna stop rambling now (seriously, someone stop me lol). Can't wait to hear what you've got! Or not! Either way, wishing you a chill, wisdom-filled day. Or at least one without unmuted-Zoom-mishaps๐Ÿ™ƒ

...See more Hi everyone!๐Ÿ˜Š I'd like to start a discussion about something we all have here on 7 Cups: our usernames. Our username becomes a part of our identity here and it can be interesting to explore what it really means to us Here are some questions I thought might be fun to discuss: * What does your username mean to you? Any significance or story behind it? * Is this the username you got when you joined 7 Cups or did you come up with it later? Does it have a special meaning or is it random? * Have you ever had other usernames here? If so, what were they and why did you change them? * Are you happy with your current username or have you thought about changing it? If you could choose a new one, what would it be and why? Even though many of us may want to remain anonymous here, usernames often carry personal meaning. Its fascinating to see how different usernames and their meanings can be. What holds significance for one person might not have the same meaning for another! I find that really interesting Personally I don't have a special story about my current username. I have to admit I don't even remember how I got it! I've been considering changing it, which is what inspired me to make this post.
