One thing I learnt is, it's ok to feel the pain, the ache, the heartbreak. It's ok you are not ok and randomly breaking into tears. Uncontrollable tears in the middle of the night. Just remember, it's not your fault. And it doesn't have to be their fault either. It just wasn't meant to be. It's ok how much time you are taking to heal. Don't be ashamed. Or feel guilty. You are important. You are worthy. You are beautifully you.
(Just something for the ones who's having a tough time. Including me. I'm literally crying typing this. The heartache. So, I'm kind of saying these words to myself too...:) )
