I'm young mother of 3. with no family I'm close to. and their father and I can't go on being so unhappy the way we have been. im moving this week, alone, and scared. I need a hug :(

Hop on YouTube I've been using that as a resource when I'm feeling stressed or down and just type in clearing negative thoughts the thing to remember is you are not alone lots of people are going through the same things as you don't be afraid of being down just say things will get better and make sure to talk to people@Sophiejay
