I have been going through a lot and feel really bad about myself.
two days ago my girlfriend dumped me. We have been together for almost a year. I love her so much. I live in Maryland and she was a live in nanny here for two years. She had a lot of stress because of her job. Her parents forced her to quit and go back to Michigan to live with them and her 4 younger sisters. She left for Michigan sept 22. I went to go and see her in Michigan for my birthday this past weekend and everything went very well. We had so much fun and so much love. Then when I got home she seemed short with me and then the day after that she dumps me. When she dumped me she said she still wants to be in my life because I don't have any support in my life. She still wants to be a part of my life.
This confuses me. So much. She tried txt me a few short messages lastnight. She has done this before and then after a few days of giving her space everything is back to normal. I know she has anxiety a lot of times.
i just don't know what to do. I had a huge panic attack before work yesterday and I had one today on top of my now financial situation.
I don't know what to do and am scare of this all of losing her.
@PaulHalley1311 must be hard on you, i've never had a relationship before because everyone always rejected me so i dont know how it feels to be dumped
i hope you feel better soon and maybe you can try to ask her why she dumped you or just talk to her
