I am really struggling with anxiety and feeling all alone. My parents are both gone and my brother is struggling to keep his home 1,300 miles away. I feel like my world is falling apart and no longer have a safe place. I feel terrified about my future and my health.

Thank you Anna! I have been seeing a therapist and have been introduced to EMDR. I had to take a break from therapy due to financial crisis. I have spoken to my employees assistance program and they have authorized 8 therapy sessions with the same therapist. The soonest I could get to see her is Wednesday the 7th of August due to my work schedule as I have Sundays and Wednesdays off. I am doing my best to be stoic and keep moving ahead even though I struggle at times with my grieving of my father and that triggers my depression. I take antidepressants to assist but I know there is no magic pill to change thoughts and behaviors. I am also using some of Dr Joe Dispenzas teachings and working on incorporating meditation into my daily activities I do for self care ❤️. Again thank you for your kind empathy and hugs 🤗.
