I kind of know what this is like - to be in a mood of crying/tearfulness a large portion of the day but not be able to cry (or feel you can't - like at work, maybe). Tears can be from many things (not just sad) but in my experience tears are almost always from powerful emotions. Take care of you, dear one. Remember: that might include allowing yourself to cry. I'm usually not that into hugs, well, not the trivial, passing-by ones that you do when you greet someone. I am, however, in need of one of those big, tight, meaningful hugs where you feel safe and cared for. I don't remember the last time I had one of those hugs, and I think it's a bit sad. I have been in need of one lately.
